We were very pleased with the house. Very nice community. Spacious bright house. Great pool with seperate hot tube which was fantastic after long days of walking. The clubhouse pool was nice and relaxing. Overall very satisfied.

Dream Vacation

After a long drive to Orlando, we were pleasantly surprised when we saw our living arrangements. We arrived a little early, so we were happy the house was ready and we were able to check in. The home was beautiful, just as it is in the pictures. Spacious, open floor plan, beautifully decorated, nice size bedrooms with comfortable beds. The kids were so excited to see the pool. The pool is pretty small, but its all we needed with 4 small children. They spent every fee moment in the pool. The washer and dryer really came in handy; it was put to use daily. The kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes, glassware, cookware and utencils. Walmart was about 2 mi away, so we were able to shop for groceries. Plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Disney was only about 5 mi down the road, very easy to get to. We actually enjoyed the house more than Disney World. It was nice to chill out and relax by the pool. We would have loved to stay at the house an extra day, but unfortunately it wasn't available. So we postponed our last day at Disney and decided to lounge around the house. We ended up going to Disney the day we checked out of the house, but had to spend the extra night at a hotel. We plan on going back to Orlando soon to visit the other parks, Disney was quite boring. We will definately stay at this home when we return. It was well worth the money. And I got my deposit back within 2 days of returning home. The only downfalls I can think of was that we couldn't find the key to the clubhouse. We had to ask other guests in the neighborhood to let us in. We couldn't find the pool light (if there was one) so we didn't swim at night, which was fine by me. Also, we couldn't figure out the internet code; we finally found it on the desk drawer the day we checked out. I was very nervous about bugs in the house so I was constantly cleaning like crazy (I hate bugs). I was glad to see the exterminator stopped by while we were there. He warned me not to use citrus cleaning products because it attracts bugs. I only saw a few little bugs. Also a small frog and lizzard came in while I was unloading; DO NOT LEAVE DOORS/WINDOWS OPEN!!! This has been a fantastic vacation. Thanks Heidi for allowing us to stay in your lovely home....we'll be back!

Wir waren vom 4.-11.May 2012 in dieser wunderschönen gepflegten Villa. Sie hat alles, oder sogar noch mehr geboten als wir erwartet hatten. Sogar Waschmaschine & Tumbler waren vorhanden! Sehr angenehm war auch, dass die Deckenventilatoren (in jedem Zimmer) sehr leise rotierten, was wir auch schon anders erlebt haben. Die Villa ist sehr grosszügig konzipiert, so dass sich jeder zurückziehen konnten, wenn Ihm/Ihr "zu eng" wurde. Den Pool kann man auf Wunsch mit Heizung buchen. Brauchten wir aber nicht, da das Wasser eine angenehme Abkühlung bei 34° Luft bot. Die Villa steht an sehr ruhiger Lage. Nach Kissimmee "Stadt" sind es ca.25Min Fahrzeit. Was ja für Amerika ein Katzensprung ist ;-) Auch die Ansprechsperson war jederzeit vor, wie auch während der Reisezeit zu erreichen, was sehr wertvoll war. Wir empfehlen dieses Objekt zu 100% ;-) Es grüsst aus der Schweiz / Switzerland,...R.M

The house is very contemporary in its styling. Very plush and well decorated. We found most of the items that would be needed for a week long stay at the home. The pool was very nice and afforded us a great time relaxing at the house and enjoying the home itself. Pool temperatures were excellent. The only thing that would be a negative from our stay is that we brought a bunch of our own movies to watch for some evening entertainment and there is no DVD player in the house. I would think that should be standard issue for any home of this caliber. Anyway, I would give the place an A+ rating in every arena. I hope we can return and stay there again one day.
