Welcome to our Family Villa, it's a home away from home! Our four bedroom, three bathroom home is a perfect vacation spot for family and friends. After a day at the park, come home to enjoy the cool central air or take a dip in the pool. Just think of the saying "mi casa es su casa". Our Villa Family home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and plenty of room to enjoy during your Florida vacation. You'll love the spacious living room, dining room, kitchen nook and family room. Outside, you'll enjoy your own private pool with a covered porch area so you can just lounge around or have fun in the sun. Don't worry there is a safety fence around the pool to protect the little ones.
Once you enter the home you'll see a comfortable living room with a queen size sofa bed and a beautiful dining area that seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/stove, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and dinnerware. After you fix yourself a snack, enjoy it in the kitchen nook. You can kick back and pop in a DVD or watch cable TV in the family room(2nd Sofa Bed). When it's time to rest, the sleeping accommodations include a king size bed in the master suite, a bedroom with a Queen size bed and private bathroom and 2 bedrooms both with 2 twin beds and a shared bathroom. There's also a portable crib and high chair for the little one. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer, just think no laundry to do when you return home!
Here are some other highlights of the home. There are T.v's in every room w/DVD player.There is a telephone (free local calls), hair dryers, clock radio, iron/ironing board, PlayStation 2 game system so the young ones can entertain themselves, heated pool option(extra charge), and plenty of closet space with hangers in each closet. Linens and bath towels are included.

Our Family Villa is located in beautiful Terra Verde Resort,
which is a gated community with 24 hour security. On the grounds you will find Terra Verde's grand club house. Inside the club house are a variety amenities for Terra Verde guests to enjoy! You can take a splash in the community pool or relax in the hot tub!=)There is a Tiki Bar by the pool area where you can enjoy refreshing drinks while soaking in the sun. If your into sports you can enjoy a little one on one on the basketball half court or a fun competitive game of beach volleyball! You can also spend a nice day with the little ones in the children's play area, where they can climb, come down the slide and enjoy the swings.

Inside the club house there is an arcade room and billards so the family can still enjoy themselves on a rainy day and a gym where you can work up a sweat. Enjoy a nice walk around the lake or go fishing. There's a Cyber Cafe where you can go on-line to e-mail friends and family or look up more entertaining hot spots in the area! Our villa has high speed internet. So don't forget your laptop!!=)
