Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental
As soon as you walk in you feel the comforts of home. This beautifully decorated Tuscan-style home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which have been newly furnished. Comfortably sleeps 10 people! The family room has a queen-size sleeper sofa and a 50 inch plasma TV equipped with cable TV including ESPN, HBO, and Disney channels. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable as well. Also, Free high speed wireless internet connection is available in the villa to help you keep in touch.
The kitchen is completely modern with full stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. Being so close to Walmart and major grocery stores - you can comfortably cook at home for your entire family. The home also features both a formal and casual dining area.
The main master bedroom has a separate en-suite and opens out to your OWN private pool and spa. Take a dip at night in the relaxing spa or start your morning with a warm swim. Have some fun in the games room which features a billiards table and dart board.
Take advantage of the resort amenities that include a beautifully landscaped walk-out pool complete with a tiki bar. Go fishing in the stocked pond (a rod is kept in the garage for your pleasure!), have your kids play in the sun-protected playground, check your email in the internet cafe, visit the resort spa for a massage, exercise in the fully equipped gym, hold a basketball game or play some beach volleyball. This home is a wonderful rental house. We were extremely happy to enter a home that was perfectly cleaned. We had three couples renting this home and found it to be comfortable and no one felt cramped. We travel to Florida every one to two years and have rented houses from other companies in the area but NEVER had a house this clean and have not one issue. We requested the pool and hot tub to be heated and they were. The pool was like swimming in your bath tub and the hot tub was hot the way it should be. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a rental that's close to Downtown Disney (approximately 15 - 20 minutes) and all the other Disney attractions. We will definitely rent this house again in the near future.

The photos online matched what we saw physically. I have to say that the property management and owners of this villa are very responsive and cooperative. I got a response back from all of my inquiries within hours - which was amazing! Amenities could have been a bit more updated but all worked well for our group of teens and toddlers. We will definitely be staying there again on our next trip. We highly recommend T2K. Until next time T2K - it was a great experience.

This house is marvelous and perfect for those without kids. We rented this house for a weekend for HHN and it was excellent for a group of 10 mid-twenty adults. Clean, modern, and furnished with Ikea which is excellent!

Spent 4 days at the property and enjoyed it! Hot tub could have been a bit warmer but it was nice! We enjoyed the modern feel to the house. It was close to everything we wanted to do and enjoyed the vacation! We woudl definately come back again!

We had A fantastic time while on vacationing in your home .We swam every morning then visited the theme parks.It was a great place to come home to after a long day .There was plenty of room for all of us to be together and have fun or if we needed alone time we could do that . It was a vacation we will always remember , the worst thing about the vacation was leaving.As soon as we got home we all started saving so we can come back .The house was in a great location and we recommended it to all of our friends. What a perfect honeymoon! The house was spotless and beautiful. Darryl and Cheryl were so helpful and made our honeymoon extra special! The tv was great, the couch was comfortable, the beds were nice, the pool was great, the community is excellent. Every single thing was better than I expected! I cannot wait to return for our anniversaries in the years to come! I don't think I could stay at another place.

Just returned from vacation...

My family and I just returned from vacation. The house was great! It was neat and clean and had everything you could possibly need. All the appliances and televisions were new. There were extra blankets and sheets in all the bedroom closets, plenty of towels, and the kitchen had every accessory you could possibly need! And the large capacity washer and dryer kept me from bringing home dirty laundry! Before we arrived my biggest worry was making sure our 2 yr. old grandson didn't find his way to the pool unsupervised! The pool was separated from the patio by an additional screen with a locked gate. Also, the patio doors had a total of 4 locks and an alarm, so it was great security! No worries! The community was gated and the clubhouse and pool was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to all the amusement parks and every restaurant you could think of was within 5-10 minutes of the house. This house met all my expectations. I will definitely recommend it to my friends!

Wonderful stay at T2K Villa

Looking for a house in Kissimmee's area, we found that one met all our expectations, and surprinsigly more when we got there. Before our stay, Cheryl and Daryl were very helpful with all the administrative part, and when we got there, everything ran smooth. We had a late check-in at the resort, but all the info necessaries to do the things right. They were really helpful at the front desk to find restaurants in the area, and the resort is only 5 mn to Walmart and 15 mn to WDW. When we got to the house, it had everything you can expect and even more. It was spotless clean, and bigger than what it looks like on the pics. The appliances all worked perfectly, just had a problem to lock the door the first time, someone was here in less than a minute to help us out. The area is very quiet, after long days at busy parks, it's nice to enjoy the pool and spa in such a calm atmosphere. We had nice neighbours too, it helps to enjoy the stay at his best, as my niece met their kids and had fun with them the days we spent home. As for end of feb-beginning of March, the weather was good, except one day, scattered showers, we went to seaworld that day, nice cause there was nobody in the park, and the temperature was still warm. Overall our stay was fantastic, we felt safe, I would go back in this house eyes-closed, and my sister who has forgotten a pair of expensive glasses has been shipped back right away by the property management company. Doc said I needed a relaxing vacation. That's just what our family of 6 got at the T2K Villa. The home and the resort had great facilities. House was very clean and well kept. Kids liked being close to the attractions and wife enjoyed the decor of the villa. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at Terra Verda villa, and we were pleasantly surprised! This is my first experience at renting someone's house. I was very reluctant. I have to admit, this house was VERY clean and very well laid-out for 2 families. We, unfortunately, only used half of the house because we are a family of 4. I do suggest you take advantage of space by inviting friends or family to join you. We used the beautiful pool and spa daily. The pool maintenance person even came by one day to check on the status of the pool and add water. I highly recommend this villa to anyone. Also, the neighborhood was gated and staffed by a security guard 24/7. (very safe feeling)

When looking for a house to rent, we were very nervous about renting someting online...would it be as it was showen in the pictures, would we be taken for our money and left with no rental...but Daryl was VERY reassuring and helpful. Once we arrived at the house we were very pleased to find that it looked EXACTLY as showen in the pictures!! The managment company was very pleasant and helpful to deal with as well. We LOVED our time at the house and can't wait for our next trip back!!!

We stayed in this terrific villa in June of this year and it was the best vacation I ever had. The house is in a perfect location, close to golf (my favorite!) and Disney World. We were also in town for the NBA finals with was an exclamation mark on our trip. We have already told our friends and family about this great place. MUCH better than staying in a hotel!

As soon as we stepped in we knew we made a good choice. This place really has a touch of class and you can tell there was some thought that went into the decorating. We really liked the electronic locks so there were no keys to worry about. The kids loved the pool and I loved the huge TV. Highly recommended.
