Check Out: 11 a.m.
Lodging Tax: 13%
Deposits: 150.00 deposit per week on all stays remaining balance to be paid no later than 2weeks prior to stay.cancelations 30 days prior to stay .deposit is nonrefundable.
Other Fees: for all stays of 3days or less we have to charge a 75.00 cleaning fee.

Best Vacation We Ever Had!!!!!!, November 6, 2009

We have a family of four with a five and two year old. This was was the best family vacation we have ever taken. Completely stress free for two weeks and we have the Cookson's to thank for that. The condo was more than we could've ever asked for. The kids had so much fun in the jet tub and pool. With two kids, we do not like staying in hotels. We needed the amentities that the condo gives. The first day we arrived, I could not believe the space of the condo was an exact match to the pics on the website. I felt very safe and all of the grounds including inside the condo were emaculately clean, spotless. Thank you again to the Cookson Family for this opportunity and wonderful experience. Can't wait until we book with you again. Disney 2010, here we come!!!!

Wanna perfect place to stay then rent this place!! I'm serious, the beds are so comfortable and the place is spotless. Condo had everything we needed and the swimming pool here was HUGE! My two little girls loved the pool with the big fountains raining down on them. Look over the pool deck into the pond and you'll find a family of large swimming turtles that are really friendly. This condo is also close to everything so our driving time was very little getting around to have fun. We had a blast and we will definitely be coming back to this condo.

The condo was absolutely beautiful with everything you could need. Close to all attractions and shopping. It was quiet and very relaxing, it was just wanted we needed. The Pool and Clubhouse amenities were very well maintained and the staff was very courteous. Can't wait to plan next years vacation.

I must say i was a bit skeptical when i first booked the trip not knowing what to expect. But it was perfectly located in a great area clean and safe. The guard was very couterous. Not only is the villa conveniently located near all of Orlando’s great attractions, but its spaciousness and comfort really gave us the feeling of being at home while on vacation. It was great to have a place to come home to after a long day at the parks rather than a hotel or motel room. It’s truly the easiest way to plan a vacation. In addition to Disneyworld, Universal Studios, etc, there are plenty of onsite and nearby activities to keep the whole family entertained. My family stayed for a week and didn’t have time to see everything. All the more reason to come back!
