The home is located in the prestigious Emerald Island Resort which is located less than 4 miles from Disney, there is no other resort community closer to Disney. The resort is also very convenient to other attractions, shopping and restaurants. The home is a spacious 4 bedroom home when you walk through the front door you are greeted by the first family & dining area with TV behind that you have the full kitchen and dining area and then the family room. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in order to create 2 master suites. The 1st master has a king bed and en suite and the 2nd master has a queen bed and en suite. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom. There is also a games room for that extra entertainment including a pool table, foosball, darts & a card table.
Outside there is a south facing pool area with a private pool and spa perfect for relaxing in and cooling off in when you get home from a day at the attractions.

If you are after a great location, look no further. The resort is just a minute away from the US 192 packed with its numerous shops, restaurants and attractions. The resort is also close to Disney less than 4 miles, no other resort community is as close. The I4 is also close by taking you straight to Seaworld in about 15 minutes and Universal in about 20 minutes.
