Needs more outside lighting!

We stayed here for three nights with our two children and husband's parents. Slept us all comfortably. Place was very nice and clean. Wish there would have been a few more amenities (toilet paper for one). The pool area was out of towels and we were told they were only washed once a day so we were out of luck. The only major complaint I have is that the addresses are very poorly lit. We came in at night and had a very hard time finding our place. Plus, there were no signs telling us numbers of condos (ex. 1000-1100 with an arrow pointing).

My family of 5 had a great time on our trip to Florida (Disney). The condo is in a safe and beautiful resort type community. We were very busy, so didn't spend much time there, but it was nice having 2 1/2 baths, the pool was a welcome site after a long, hot day at Disney and it was great to be able to leave the parks for lunch or dinner and come "home" to eat in order to save money and eat healthier. The only recommendations I would make for travelers is bring your toilet paper and paper towels, only 1 of each in each bathroom is provided. :) WalMart & Target and grocery stores are super close by as well other touristy type stores. We also made a day trip to ClearWater which only took 1 1/2 hours! Disney was a 10 minute drive but most of that time is getting to your desired parking lot at Disney and there is $1.25 toll to pay on your way. The condo itself was wonderful, comfortable and spacious with lots of closet space and dressers to hide belongings so one doesn't feel like they are living out of suitcase, but rather at home in the tropics! We didn't have any problems so didn't need to contact Kathy during our stay, but I have never had a problem with her getting back to me right away and I booked our August Vacation in February, so I asked a lot of questions! I have talked to others who stayed in other places, including Disney resorts and when I explained our condo and our stay - they were jealous! :)

My family of 5 had a wonderful time. The Villa is very spacious, clean and the laundry room was very convenient. The villa is close to Wal-Mart , Disney world and the other attractions. The Kids love the heated pool after a long day at the parks. Kathy was very easy and prompt to work with. Thank you very much Kathy.

The property was wonderful and our family of 6 had a great stay. There was ample room for all of us to stay and the rooms had lots of closet space and each had an LCD TV. The kids loved that the unit had its own pool. The grounds were beautiful and the pools were great to spend a day at. The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare and serve meals. Dealing with the owners was pleasant, even when we had troubles with our passwords to get into the complex and simple questions about operating the backyard pool, they were available to assist. The entire family would definitely stay at the complex again!!!
