As mentioned above, everything is brand new! Our 7 bedroom/5.5 BA home offers luxury accommodation, including 4 king beds and 6 twin beds and two sleeping sofas and two cribs --perfect for multiple families or individual rental. Our almost 3000 sq ft home will make you feel comfortable in any room, even with relative or friends! The villa has everything you would expect it to have and more: full game room with pool table, air hockey, and foosball, a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, towels, wireless internet, televisions, grill, crib...etc. TVs in all the master bedrooms and kids rooms.
Our home has a spacious family room to relax in together during the day or evening, with luxurious furnishings, sumptuous sofas, a large-screen cable TV and DVD Player so you can enjoy your favorite movies, or music you love. There's also a separate lounge area and another living room. In addition, a private heated pool/spa connected to an enlarged covered porch with BBQ grill. We also have the real hot tub with the spa for you to experiencing.
The Emerald Island clubhouse is the center of activity, sporting a community pool, spa, gym, sauna, arcade, further internet access, an expansive children's playground, volleyball courts and a nature trail that winds through the natural Floridian woodland setting.

We rented this beautiful house to celebrate my 60th Birthday. There were 14 of us (8 adults, 6 children) and the 4 master ensuites worked perfect allowing each family their own king bed and bathroom and each of the children had their own 3/4 bed. The pool worked out great for the children as they spent on average 3-4 hours a day in the pool. If I had any thing to complain about it would be the barbeque. It was pretty cheap and we were looking forward to doing a lot of barbequing as it represents a summer cooking life style for us. Couldn't even cook hotdogs without burning them so we gave up and did our cooking in the house. I would think that a million dollar house should have a million dollar barbeque.

We had a recent conference at a Disney hotel, the home made a great place to hide out and save major money from the heist that is a D Hotel. we were able to house 7 people all with their own rooms inn a relaxing clean and cofortable place and still be only 10 minutes from the meetings. only thing missing was a BBQ.

Lives up to everything advertised and more--great accomodations for a large family, with plenty of privacy afforded by the four master bedrooms each with attached bath. Wonderful location to both Disney attractions and the many other events in Orlando. Would recommend for any family reunion involving multiple generations such as our own.

Very nice house, each room has its own bathroom... 4 master bedroom, We were a party of 13 (8 adults, 5 kids) We all had a great time! Very closed to all theme parks, supermarket, shopping... Great place to stay!

This home was absolutely perfect for our party of 11 (one was 2 yrs old). We all had our own space and the common areas were the perfect size.
