You are offering a 7 bedroom house for guests to rent. This may include several families or a few families. In our situation we had four families arriving from the Ohio area. With that being said, we cannot travel with utensils, pots and pans, towels and several large items used to make a household run for a week or so. The house did not have but a few, I mean a few utensils to cook with. Spatula, tongs, large spoons, measuring cups, pots and pans, baking sheets etc. There was only one tool for the outside grill. Not enough dishes to cover each person in the house. Coffee pot took forever to make coffee in the morning. I was extremely disappointed with the kitchen area. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo after we left and that property was more equipped for numerous people staying than your large house . The house was clean but lots of little things need to be replaced and fixed. The kitchen island is barely standing. Someone is going to get hurt. Its collasping on all sides. The front door entrance was very dirty with litter on porch when we arrived. I am not sure if the owner has visited the property lately but if I was the owner, I would not be happy with the overall appearance and the maintenance of the house. Would I stay there again, probably in Emerald Island resort area but not at this particular house. We do travel to Florida yearly and we were hoping this house would be something we could rent out again next year but because it's not fully stacked with items for out of town guests probably not.

The house was nice, big and roomy.. could have been much cleaner though. The grill was so full of grease and the handle broken to it that we could not use it. The blinds out to the pool,kept falling off, the pool was nice and warm but the pool furniture was filthy and we needed to wash them off before we used them, and the phone did not work for 6 of the 10 days we were there. So giving the number did us no good. The dishwasher was so noisy that we could not run it while we were home.. It would have been nice to have had some of the basics there, such as garbage bags, paper towels and some dish soap.. I have rented other vacation homes which had much more. As I said it was big and roomy, with a bit more care it would have been nice.. the neighborhood is nice and it is close to lots of shopping...
