Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

This new 4br/3br/2 Masters 4-bedroom/3-bathroom villa has a large pool and hot spa, TV in every room and GameCube, pool table and air-hockey, and is conveniently located in "Hamlet at Westhaven" community, a gated resort next to Champions Gate golf complex, off I-4, just 10 minutes to the main gates of Disney World.

This 2100+ square feet villa is very roomy and bright. It is luxuriously furnished and beautifully decorated by the professional interior designer. The villa has two master bedrooms with large private bathroom, one with king-size bed and one with queen-size bed, two guest rooms with two twin beds in each, and a queen size sofa sleeper. It comfortably sleeps 2 to 10 people.

The large swimming pool and spa can be optionally heated. The Lanai is fully screened to keep the bugs out while allowing the sunshine to come in. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence and gate. There is a large lanai with a patio table and 4 chairs, and two extra lounger chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped, a beautiful separated dinning and a breakfast nook. Phone, Cable TV, high-speed internet with WiFi, Gamecube® are in the family room. Bed linen and towels are provided. Laundry room has washer, dryer, iron and iron board. High chair, crib, and stroller are also available. The phone comes with free unlimited nationwide calling anywhere in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada.

The villa is managed by a professional local management company with a 24/7 emergency telephone number.

The house was clean and accomadating. My children loved the pool and we were close to everything. I would suggested this home to all of my friends and family when visiting Florida.

When we pulled up to Goofy's grotto the house looked vancant! The lawn was overgrown. We were told there were 2 master bd. The second had a full size bed my husband wasn't pleased. Our shower was clogged and couldn't be used. Until my husband, on vacation, had to pull out clumps of hair. The garbage disposal didn't work. The pool wasn't clean. It wasn't the cleanest house and there were no games. Only plus was the cute park around the corner. I wouldn't stay here again but the family did have fun and it was convenient to stay in a home rather than a hotel.
