Beautifully redecorated,recarpeted and refurnished for 2010 Our 6 bedroom 4 bathroom florida villa boasts a very private South facing heated pool and seperate toddler pool which backs onto a natural lake and conservation area, Genuine 3 miles to Disney, each bedroom has been decorated to the highest standard including a mickey mouse themed bedroom and a princess or winnie the pooh bedroom, lcd hdtvs in all rooms, 50 inch HD plasma plus xbox 360 elite in main living area, 32 inch lcd hdtv in second living area and downstairs master bedroom, wifi and cable in all rooms just bring your laptop, free local calls, Ice and water side by side fridge freezer, all new kitchenware, dvd player and toys for the kids to play with.

Area Information

Rolling Hills at Formosa Gardens is one of the closest subdivisions to disney situated just off the 192 with numerous restaurants and a winn dixie supermarket within a mile, a lovely area to stay, 7 mins to disney, 15 mins to seaworld, 10 mins to walmart and shopping, you can see and hear the fireworks at Disney from the front step thats how close the magic really is. Perfect holiday

We stayed for 2 weeks over Easter. Everything regarding the house was as promised and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool area was great and the house is very comfortable and spacious. We were 8 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for everybody. The communication with Matt before and after the trip was easy and he answered all of our questions in a timely manner, making this holiday much easier. Excellant Property for a Large Group

Two families including 12 adults and 2 children stayed in this property and there was plenty of room for everyone. The property was clean and as expected. The location was perfect for us because it was a short drive to attractions and located in a quite community. I would rent this place again if I need a large place for an Orlando vacation.

Very nice and big villa. Location is perfect, very close to all Disney parks and very convenient to all Orlando attractions. Very quiet suroundings and the villa is also perfect to relax near the swimming pool. A lot of restaurants nearby. Very well furnished, even though cooking utensils limited (but was not a problem for us a we were only four people). I would definitely stay here again. Patrick

Excellent Home, Great Rental Experience

Fabulous Home, very close and a easy commute to all of the Disney parks. Very convenient shopping near by, with numerous restaurants. This was actually easier to commute to the parks than when I have stayed at the Hyatt Grand Cypress on past vacations (off of Apopka-Vineland). I would stay at this villa again without hesitation.

5 Star! This house was awesome, great for families. Lots of room, the pool area was fantastic. Disney was a short drive away, great restaurants close by. Overall excellent stay!
