Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

This high-end 6 bed /5.5 bath villa is fully air-conditioned in the exclusive man-guarded gated resort --Solana. This villa has four (4) King-size beds with their own en-suite bathrooms and 22'' LCD cable TVs. And one of them locates down stairs for convenience. The living room is ideal for whole family to relax with a 42'' LCD TV, gamecube console and a DVD and VCR combo. Wireless Internet access, and free local and long distance phone service throughout the U.S. are provided. The family room and dining area offer additional space. A kitchen and a games room with a pool table, air hockey and shooting out are ready to use. The shaded lanai/porch is to pool and spa/Jacuzzi, which has a safety alarm for kid's safety. You have free access to the Clubhouse that has excellent amenities.
All linens and towels are provided. A gas grill is available for rent from the management company. A Local management company is available 24/7.

Area Information

Restaurants and grocery store are less than 2 miles away. A shopping mall including a 24 hour Walmart Super Center is only 4 miles away. Disney world is 10 miles away.

I want to first start off with saying that the owners of this property were wonderful. They are the type of people you want to rent off of. Very understanding and work with you to help in anyway they can. The house was just wonderful it was more than i expected. The pictures are beautiful but to see the home before your eyes is Wow. Very well keeped home. My family was all comfortable in this home they said it was their home away from home. And thats exactly how I felt. I do highly recommand this home to anyone. And I do know that we will return to this home again someday soon..

Feels likeeee home

We just spent a week at this beautiful home. It was very spacious and allowed everyone to have their privacy. Pool area was just incredible. We used it daily. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms immaculate. Plenty of linens provided. It was so close to parks and shopping. The area was a gated community so we always felt safe. We went for walks in he early a.m. Overall a great place to stay and great communication with the owner. A wonderful experience and we won't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

My family and I were very pleased with this home rental. It is close to all of the Disney Parks Downtown Disney and the house was perfect. The pool was clean and the rooms were spacious; it housed three families with kids and a dog very comfortably. We all truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!

the house was beautiful and extremely spacious, the beds were FABULOUS, they were so comfortable, the pool and hot tub were awesome, it was located in a beautiful gated community, and quite close to all amenities. A few suggestions would be fix the light in the pool for evening swims, add more patio lighting and maybe a ceiling fan, and most important some privacy screen around the pool as the neighbours are all extremely close....overall would definitely stay again!!!!
