Overall stay at the Orlando Palms was pleasant. Nice size house. Way better then staying at a hotel, plus it is pet friendly. Kids loved the heated pool. Close to stores & about a 15 minute drive to Universal Studios. The owner, Stewart answered all our questions & was always available by phone. Thank you Stewart. We would stay there again.

First time renting a home in Florida and I will be renting this home again!! Owner was wonderful, answering all of my questions, very friendly, and always available if any issues came up. (Only one came up about the a/c and it just was a flip of a switch that was turned off). Very clean and comfortable!! Great location, about 15 minutes to Disney, a Wal-Mart around the corner, and other shopping minutes away. We did not have to travel far to get to any place we needed to go. The pool was amazing! Had a shallow pool that children would love plus a regular pool to float in. The outside was just as comfortable as the inside. We spent most of our time by the pool. The neighbours are close but you wouldn't know it since the backyard is fenced in and private. We could hear them but couldn't see them. For the week we spent there it felt like we were home. What more can you ask for in a rental, a home away from home.

We LOVED this home. Everyone had plenty of room, the pool was fantastic, the location excellent. My kids loved the games room. The onsite manager was very helpful and available and the owner was very friendly and easy to contact. The only complaint I have is the bathrooms were in serious need of an update as the toilets were kind of old and the tub in the small bathroom looked like it had seen better days. Small things in the big scheme of things - the rest of the house if gorgeous and comfortable. Well worth the money- we hope to return to this house again next March Break.

We really enjoyed our stay, house was fine, we especially liked being so close to everything. The owner had told us where to get discount tickets, which we did and enjoyed many activities. We would recommend his place to anyone we knew who was considering a trip to the area.

The home was perfect and well kept. I enjoyed walk's around the lake with abundant wild life. The community pool was very nice and some what a social place to meet other resident's. I would recommend it to any one looking for a place to spend a relaxing vacation. And close to what ever you need.

What a wonderful experience! This home was everything stated. The pool was clean and heated; there were plenty of towels and dishes for everyone.; even had spices in the pantry. The air hockey table in the play room was a hit. There were seven of us and we were very comfortable. Would recommend this villa and plan on staying again...

We stay in Orlando a lot but this was our first time renting a house off of Disney or Universal Property so we were a little nervous not knowing what to expect. Let me first say the owner Stewart was incredibly nice to deal with and was always quick to return calls or emails. The house is located right in the middle of a residential neighborhood off of 192. If you go to Disney as much as we do, you will find the location very convenient. It's a 10 min drive right down 192 into the parks. It's a bit further from Universal but that didn't bother us. The house itself is very well kept and well appointed. And it's large enough that everyone has their own room and space to relax. We would have taken advantage of the heated pool but it was too cold! The pool looked great. Overall we found this house lovely and would (and probably will) definitely rent there again. The Owner is nice and responsive and the price was reasonable.

The house was so clean and spacious. We had 2 adults and 4 kids and could have easily accomodated 3 more people. The pool was a great 5 ft size that was enjoyed by everyone! I would definately suggest this property to anyone! The owner also has great response time for email requests and has always been very helpful! A pleasure to work with! If ever in the florida area, will definately stay here again!

My family and i stayed in the house and everything was great very clean ,very happy with the house great spot not far from anything we wanted to do ,On one day in a lighting storm we lost TV ,internet , made a phone call that night and when we returened the next day from the parks enerything was up and running ,will be returning next year .Lloyd ,Nova Scotia ,Canada
