I've been traveling to this area for many years with my family for competition/vacation, and this home has been the most peaceful of them all. The neighbors are friendly and quiet, the home was clean and updated, it supplied everything we needed, and the owner was a gem to deal with. We just loved the kitchen which we cooked in every day, and the kids enjoyed the pool. The home is in such a great location because everything is minutes from it. My only suggestion would to put the dates of the trash pick up in the guest book so families know when to take it out. Thank you Maurice for allowing us to stay in your home.

Best Vacation Choice

We have stayed at a few different condos and townhouses in the Kissimmee area over the past few years and this house comes out on top. The owner is very professional, the property manager is excellent, the pool service is wonderful and the housecleaning was second to none. When we arrived it was spotless and we felt comfortable right away. It is beautifully furnished and has all the amenities you need. The double bunk bed is great and fun for kids. We choose to have the pool heat and would do so again. The weather was cool a couple days we were there, but we couldn't get the kids out of the pool all afternoon. It was so nice to have the pool in the back. Depending on the ages of kids, some could swim while others napped and you can watch them all from the back deck. This house is located close to shopping, good resaurants and Disney parks. We don't want to brag about this house too much, or it will be book solid and we won't be able to get in next year. The owner has an excellent team working to care for this home. Just one short note: garbage and recycling can build up over your stay, so ask when garbage and recycling days are, or just observe the neighbors and run the bins to the curb side. Treat it like your own home and many more will be able to enjoy it.

We had a wonderful time on our vaction. The house was beatiful, clean and comfortable. The owner was willing to work with us on short notice and was very kind and helpful. The house was very close to everything and it was very easy to find our way to the stores, attractions, and the main highways. The neighborhood is quiet and very pleasent.

very clean villa, all comforts of home, only thing i would suggest is that you do a care package of dishwasher/washing powder/toilet rolls for the week for a cost of $20.00 extra.
