Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

Paradise House is a Single Story Detached Property that Sleeps up to 10 people at any one time! This is a five star rated villa with Pool that was completely refurbished in 2009.

This is a beautiful property with Five spacious bedrooms and Four bathrooms. All rooms have been designed professionally and all are fully furnished and upgraded.

The kitchen has all required amenities. An addition of a Games room with Pool – Air Hockey – Foosball table made it an even more enjoyable vacation place. Living area has a Plasma TV, Playstation, Free Wi-Fi and your stay includes FREE calls to US & CANADA.

The house is situated on Indian Creek in Kissimmee FL which is less than 3 miles from Disney World and Twenty minutes from Int’l Airport and above all it is just 25 minutes away from the very famous Universal Studios and Sea World.

This is a NO SMOKING & NO PETS villa please.

Area Information

Walt Disney World is perhaps the place that everyone wants to experience. The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Disney Studios, together with Disney’s two Water Theme Parks are under 10 minutes drive away from the villa. Also not far away you will find the wonderful Downtown Disney area away with a huge array of shopping and eating experiences in a beautifully landscaped environment.

Other attractions such as Universal Studios, Universal’s Islands of Adventure, Gatorland, Wet and Wild , Sea World and Aquatica are also within easy reach of our Orlando villa.

If you drive East for around an hour you will find the Kennedy Space Centre and the wonderful Atlantic coast beaches of Daytona and Cocoa. Head out West and you can find Busch Gardens and the warm waters of the Gulf Coast. A holiday at Paradise House will give you the exhilaration and thrills of the Theme Parks one day and the beautiful silver- sand beaches and warm waters of the Caribbean the next. Or just relax and make use of the pool & games room at the villa.
If Golf is you love? Then there are plenty af challenging courses within easy distance of villa. We can supply a list of courses with phone Numbers to enable you to book in advance.

Is shopping your thing? The range of shopping malls, department stores and outlets is astonishing and all within easy reach of the villa. Whether you want to search for that special Florida bargain or simply call to the local store for some milk, shopping is no hassle at all.

The best choice made

August 9, 2011

We were three moms with each two girls with ages ranging from 7-12. The house was very comfortable and close to all the attractions. On our off days we relaxed inside while the kids played in the pool. The house is big enough and no one got in each others way. The owners are also very easy to deal with. I would recommend this house to any one and would love to return again.
