Luxurious 4 Bed Villa with 3 full bathroom suites

Great Florida Experience!!!

We are three moms, each with a 15-year-old son who was invited to tryout for the USSSA national baseball team. We looked high and low for a place to stay that would afford us the space and facilities to care for our young men during this important time. This 4-bedroom villa fit the bill. The full-size washer and dryer helped us with our nightly laundry duties. A full-sized kitchen with a blender allowed for specific dietary needs (read: protein shakes), and the fridge was sizable enough for us to stock with water, G2, Powerade Zero, and moms' beverages of choice. Bedroom configuration worked for us as well, two BRs had 2 twins each, plus a king and a queen, so nobody had to share a bed. The three full baths ensured there was never a line for the restroom. Cable TV in three rooms was an added plus, and we also rented from Red Box a couple of nights, as the evenings were about rest and recovery. These were our needs -- we did not use the Venetian Bay facilities (pool, rec room, workout room), as this was not the purpose of our visit. There was a manual in the room of some things one should know when traveling in Florida, as well as information about the villa itself.

Rob was a dream to work with. He was very responsive and informative. When I let him know my son and I were flying in early, he gave me a list of things to do and places to eat. The villa is nearby groceries/Walmart/Target and Rob made sure that I was comfortable with their locations. When we first arrived, I was unable to find the key. I called and left a message for Rob and he called me back to make sure we got in okay.

The one thing that would have made our visit smoother (if that is possible, as this was such an enjoyable visit), is the front gate security procedures. This procedure was not addressed at all when I signed the rental paperwork initially. They asked for proof of our car insurance, which is typically in the glove compartment of your vehicle -- but if you are driving a rental, one typically does not have this in-hand. One of my traveling companions called her husband back home the next morning for this info (I had my insurance card on me). While we are very happy that security is taken seriously, a heads-up on the parking pass procedure would have been helpful.

Overall, I would not hesitate to rent from Rob again -- and if my family should ever visit the Kissimmee area again, he will be my first call.

I very much appreciate you taking the time to tell me about your experiences and that you enjoyed yourselves. I will definitely look into the process regarding the car insurance, as that is the first time I'm hearing about it. Yes...we do take security seriously, however if it will be a standard request to see proof of car insurance, I agree with you that we need to let guests know ahead of time so they are prepared to present that information.
