Across the road there is a playground for smaller children; a tennis court and basketball court are close by, and for golfers there are more than 20 courses within a 20-minute drive, including Mystic Dunes just down the road.

We loved the house. There was plenty of room for us. Great for Senior citizens and kids of all ages. Would stay there again. Close to Disney and pesky relatives, too! LOL

The house was wonderful.. We got to bring our beloved pets with.. Which was great.. They had a blast. The owner was very nice and replied right away in email.. Had some issues with the maintenance people but i told the owner and he took care of it..

This luxurious villa was amazing! It was everything I imagined. It was very clean and spacious for the 8 of us; the 4 bathrooms were a plus. I would recommend this villa for large families who are looking for an escape from the theme park traffic.

We have rented many places in the Orlando/Kississimmee area. This home was by far the best. Very spacious and clean. One thing my husband and I look at are the mop boards and in the last house they were filthy. We spent the first few days of our vacation cleaning. This home was very clean. The fence around the pool was tall and made it very private. We also like that. We were not right on top of another family. The hoome was close to everything that we needed. It was just about perfect. Couple little things that bothered us but all in all -- just about perfect. Thank you

This Home was PERFECT!! We had 12 family members from ages 9-70 and all have a great time. It was close to everything, within about 15 minutes to Disney, Seaworld, about 45 minutes to Cocoa Beach, 30 minutes to Blue Springs State Park. Easy to get to. From I-4 you just have to make two turns!The pool was a hit with everyone. Lots of Restaurants, stores within a couple of miles. From now on, this is this is the only way to go, FORGET about Hotel rooms. This is truly Home Away from Home!! Wifi was easy to set up. Thanks Martyn.

The house was beautiful and the pool was wonderful after a scorching day of visiting the theme parks. The only issues we had with the house were quickly dealt with by the owner very satisfactorily. We look forward to staying there again!

This was a wonderful home to stay in during our family vacation, even better than the photos provided. Very convenient to all attractions, shopping and restaurants - the owners were very easy to work with they answered any and all questions promptly - I felt like I knew them. The home was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back and will recommend it to all of our family and friends.

I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had in your home. It was perfect and the family loved it - it was great for the kids with the playroom and plenty of room for our entire family. It had everything we could have asked for and was very clean, also the location was perfect, so convenient to everything. We will definitely be back in a few years when our youngest grandson gets older - our granddaughters loved every minute of it as did all of the adults. We will be sure to tell all of our friends about it too.
