This villa has everything to make your vacation just a perfect one...5 master suite bedroom with LCD TV's, desktop computer, PlayStation 2 for kids, game room and a totally private pool with spa. Windsor Hills is a 24 hour guard gated residential community.

Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern day appliances such as washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, table and chairs, patio etc. What more..you will able to get the most quickest access to all the theme parks of Disney. Club house is located just a five minutes walking distance.

The Garage has been converted into a game room which include a PlayStation, video game console and Air Hockey table. The house is totally a no smoking zone and we don't entertain pets. Long Term renters are welcome.

Windsor Hills location is closest to Disney. If you love shopping, there are many shopping malls nearby as well as many eating outlets and restaurants will serve you the best food in town. Fantastic!!

We were amazed when we arrived. VERY CLEAN!! ...this coming from three very picky adult women. Three children 1 yr, 6 and 13 and it instantly felt like home. 10 of us and we never got in each others "space". Pool was great...grandchildren loved it. Disney was an afternoon experience as they played in the pool most mornings. Hot tub was great also...adults loved it...temperature was nice and comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Nice and secure. Never went in community pool as house pool was so nice. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Great house, nice amenities

Great house in a very nice and secure resort neighborhood. The pool was awesome. We spent time in the pool every day! Had some problems with A/C and pool heat/temp but owner was very responsive to our needs. Some appliances not working/maintained but very comfortable house to stay at. Convenient access to Disney and other properties. Rates were reasonable. We would definitely stay here again!

Owner's reply:

As owner of this home I was notified by the managment company about a problem with the Airconditioning system in our home, right after the Karman family arrived. We did everything we could to take care of the siutation in a timely manner and the AC problem where fixed. I was also notified at a later point that there was a problem with the air-hockey table, and that has also been fixed now. We try to make sure that everything in the home is in top shape all the time. And to do that we need feedback from all our guests.

Awesome Family Vacation Home

Our family of 12 spent a week at this vacation home . We had a wonderful time from the moment we stepped through the door. The home was immaculately clean (I am very fussy about my bathrooms). I was amazed at the fact that there was no dust or dirt anywhere. The pool area was also great. The beds, however, were not. We are used to softer beds and these were VERY firm. I really appreciated the security that this gated community gave us. We enjoyed the club house and pool area also. Our time here was relaxing after long days at Disney. Thanks for a GREAT experience!
