Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

Welcome to Clyde's Cove! This stunning villa is a bright and spacious vacation home with 3000 sq/ft, 6 bedrooms including 4 Master Suites. Comfort and convenience are the hallmarks of this home. Lounge and relax by the pool and watch the sunset over the lake after an exciting day at the Disney and Universal parks. Premium Cable TV, High speed WI-FI Internet access and free domestic calling are included. Brand new Air Hockey and Foosball tables were just added. Our professional management company is on-call 24/7 to answer your questions.

On the first floor you'll find a formal sitting area with comfortable leather sofas and a professional slate bed pool table; family room with comfortable seating and a large cable TV, Playstation, DVD & CD Stereo system all with surround sound; a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, laundry room with washer and dryer, half bathroom and a huge King Master Suite overlooking the pool area. Brand new Air Hockey and Foosball table were just added.

On the second floor there are two additonal King Suites, a Queen Suite, two twin bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two additional twin air beds are also available. All bedrooms have Premium Cable TV and a DVD player.

Outside is a huge deck and covered lanai with in-ground pool & spa with a beautiful view of the lake. This is generously equipped with outdoor furniture, including loungers and table with seating. The pool is heated on demand and has an underwater light. It also has a Child Safety Fence.

Rental Rates are between $999 and $2,099 depending on date and season and also the number of people in your party. Please inquire about rates.

Area Information

This villa is located in Terra Verde resort, only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. It is conveniently situated near a great selection of restaurants and recreational activities. Walmart Super Center, Sams Club, Target, and outlets are minutes away. The resort amenities include a large walk-in swimming pool with spa, playground, fitness room, and beach volleyball along with a clubhouse. Great Time

We really enjoyed the house and the location. The only thing I would change would be the range and the pots and pans. The home was clean and the development was safe. It was also easy to get to all of the resorts in the area. I would definitely rent again.

We only spent one week in this wonderful home but it was such a great week with our daughter and son their spouses and our grandchildren who range in age from 2 to 19. This was our first time to venture into renting a house for our family vacation so we were a little concerned if we had done the right thing as opposed to the normal hotel or resort rental. And since we were only going by pictures and descriptions on line we were somewhat hesitant. All I can say is what a fabulous result we had. The pictures certainly do not do their home justice. It was warmly decorated and couldn't have felt more like home for all of us. There was nothing that we needed that Steve and Karen had not thought to include into the rental of their home for our use. From the fully equipped kitchen to the high chair and stroller, more than enough towels for the house and pool for everyone to use and even books for us to enjoy in our down time. The pool at the house was wonderful for the little ones and the older kids loved being able to have use of the club house and all its amenities as well as all the game tables at the house. My son-in-law was in heaven by being able to step outside the house every evening and sit on the lake bank and relax and fish. And while he enjoyed the lake his way the rest of us just enjoyed sitting out on the porch in the evening and watching the sunset on the lake as the kids played in the pool or later at night sitting in the hot tub watching the moon on the lake. Their home is located just far enough out to be away from all the hub bub and bustle of the attractions yet close enough to visit most of them in about 10 to 15 minutes. There were major stores for grocery shopping near by and so many many great places to eat. Finding something for everyone to enjoy on vacation is never easy but this year was a lot easier thanks to our fabulous find in Steve and Karen's beautiful home. What a wonderful book of vacation memories it created for all of us to remember. Thank you again Steve and Karen for allowing us to share and enjoy your beautiful home. We can't wait to return next year.
