Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

This luxury 7 bedroom 4.5 bath villa is located in the Emerald Island Community 3 miles to Walt Disney. The Villa is 3000 sq. ft and is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in every room, private pool, spa and games room. The bedding is 4 kings, 1 queen, 2 twins, and 4 bunk beds sleeping 16 very comfortable.

The Lounge Area consist of an overstuffed large sofa sectional, lamps, coffee table, side tables and a leather chair. The living room has 3 Sofas, 42” plasma TV complete with a DVD player, cable and surround sound system. The fully equipped kitchen is open planned and has granite counters throughout. The kitchen is fully fitted with a large oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, freezer and side by side fridge with ice maker. As expected the kitchen comes complete with all utensils, crockery, glassware and cookware. All the bedrooms has pillow top mattress bedding with TV, DVD players, cable TV, Nightstands, Lamps and a large dresser.
There is a outdoor swimming pool with an inground spa. The game room offers you a Pool Table, Foosball Table and other family games in air conditioned comfort.

While staying in this villa, you will be entitled to recieve all the recreation facilities provided by the Emerald Island Resort Community such as a sauna, heated pool area, computer zone with internet access, splash area, game room and many others.

The villa was perfect. It was spacious, clean, beautiful and had everything you could think of. We felt like we were home. The kids did not want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful 2 weeks.

We had a great time. The house is absolutely fabulous and everything in the house was brand new. It is absolutely beautiful and the owners were very friendly and helpful. When we visit Disney again we will definitely return to this house. The location was perfect, close to everything we could want. The pool was huge and the games room stunning. The kids really had a lot of fun. Hope to be back soon!!!!!!!!

We really enjoyed staying at this very large home. It had a lot of room and it was very clean. 8 adults and 8 children in this home and still had plenty of room.
This is a beautiful home and we will recommend it to our friends and family.

This was a great trip and the house was absolutely beautiful. If we ever do this again we will definately stay here. It has everything you will need and a wonderful location close to everything, including theme parks and shopping. Thank you for all the great memories.
