Our luxurious 6 bedroom and 5.5 bathroom vacation home provides spacious accommodation for up to 14 people. It is located on the Solana Community on the intersection of US192 and US27, and just a 15 minute drive to Walt Disney World.

The community is gated community with 24/7 guard. Community has Luxury community pool, fitness center, arcade room, computer room, mini-golf, ping pong and a luxury lounge. Community also offers shuttle to the parks with a fee, complimentary coffee and tee, discounted park tickets. There is a new playground and rock-climbing that offered by the community.

There are more than 10 golf courses within 10 miles distance.

Universal, Seaworld and other world famous theme parks are all close by, as well as numerous shopping malls, many excellent golf courses and the Florida coast is only 60 minutes away.

This recently built villa is superbly positioned on a south facing lot. It is fully air conditioned, there is a sparkling heated pool, spa, extended private sunny deck and shaded lanai and we provide luxury poolside furniture and sun loungers for you to relax on.

High speed internet is available for you to use and a brand new games room with 8 ft pool table and 8 ft air hockey.

There are 2 dining areas, a breakfast area with table, stools and breakfast bar, a shaded outside lanai for those poolside snacks and a more formal setting in the dining room for those special evening meals.

The villa has a large family room with cable TV and
DVD player. It also has two queen sofa bed, cable TV and a game cube. The newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances: a range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker and the washer and dryer can be found in the utility room. There is off road parking for 2 cars.

Wonderful home

August 7, 2012

We had four adults and five teenagers. We had more than enough room. The home was very beautiful, clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and dishes. There were towels and extra sheets for the beds if needed. The beds were comfortable. The lawn was maintained and so was the pool. We liked the idea of the gated community having a guard at all times. The community was very quiet. The club house staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We were about a 20 to 30 minute drive to all of the Disney attractoins and Universal Studios. We would definately recommend the home to anyone vacationing in the area and would stay there again ourselves.

This home came with a great rental price compared to others with the same amenities. It is in a good location that is close enough to many places around Orlando. The home sits as the first house at the entrance of the neighborhood. It is a great size for larger families and/or multiple families. The decor is very inviting. We enjoyed the home, but we also found that it needs some "tender love and care". I contacted the owner after our visit, who was great with communication, and she assured me that the issues I noted to her would be addressed. With that, I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Family vacation

My wife and kids went on a road trip to Orlando 5 years ago, this time my brother and his kids joined us, we could not have picked a better house for our family vacation. Beautiful house well maintained, well decorated, we all loved every aspect of it. Easy access to anaything, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, Disney World is just a few minutes away. Little kids, big kids, grown ups, we all loved the pool and the spacious back yard.
