Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

The Villa is ideal to stay and enjoy your memorable Disney Vacation. This luxurious 6 bedroom villa is located within a pristine gated community at Terra Verde Resort. It features 5 star comforts throughout. The villa offers a large deck complete with optionally heated spa and pool with a conservation area view. There are 6 bedrooms - three doubles with king/queen beds each with personal en suite bathrooms and three twin bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. The two other twin bedrooms share a fifth bathroom.

All bedrooms have been newly remodeled with brand new beddings. Also each bedroom is well equipped with cableTV. The unit also features a newly refurnished and redecorated games area along with foosball and pool Table . The villa also offers a large formal lounge , well equipped kitchen, laundry area and relaxing family area. Wifi internet is provided free of charge!!

Area Information

This vacation villa is situated in Kissimmee and is a 15 to 20 minute drive from Disney, Universal, Seaworld and all the other Theme Parks. It is also near restaurants, shopping, golf courses and the Convention Center. The Atlantic Coast is just over an hours drive and features the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and the world famous Daytona Beach and racetrack. The Gulf Coast is just a slightly longer drive in the other direction and a day out at Tampa's Busch Gardens and the world renowned beaches like Clearwater and St Petersburg are within easy reach.
