Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental
This Villa can accommodate up to 10 people.There are 4 bedrooms available. One of the master bedrooms has a king size bed and attached bathroom. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed as well as attached bath.The third and the fourth bedrooms each have 2 single beds and they share a bathroom. The villa is equipped with a pack and play for our younger guests.
The dining area has a dining table for 6. The table in the kitchen nook seats 4. There is a high chair and a booster
seat for the younger guests .
The pool is accessible through the living area and the master bedroom and the master bathroom. There are secuirty alarms and safety netting in the pool area. There is a propane gas grille in the lanai.
Free calls in the USA and to sixty other countries are provided. Bring your own laptop and enjoy the free wi-fi Internet services.
There are 5 televisions and a DVD.The laundry includes a washer and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a new flattop stove.
The game room has a pool table and a foosball table..
Area Information
Major attractions of central Florida such as Disney World, Universal Studios and Seaworld are all within easy reach. You can access the amusement parks as well as water parks without spending much of your precious vacation time in commuting.
The property is located about midway between the Atlantic and Gulf coasts. Each are about a 60 to 75 minute drive to the beaches and the Kennedy Space Center. There is lots to do in the area and this villa has LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!

Couldn't Have Made A Better Choice

I couldn't have made a better choice for lodging for our family vacation. This villa was convenient, clean, comfortable, affordable, quiet, and loaded with ammenities. The owners made the rental process very quick and painless and the extra information they provided about local eating establishments and short cuts to Disney were especially helpful. There are a LOT of choices out there, but they don't get much better than this. I highly recommend this property for a delightful stay in Orlando.

NICE CLEAN VILLA
Your villa was very nicely taken care of, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The decor in the villa was nice, it was obvious that the villa had been refreshed with paint. Everything was very clean. This was our tenth trip to Emerald Island over the last nine years. We watched many of the homes being built over the years. Your home was either the best or tied forthe best as far as being maintained and clean. You can see pride in your ownership. We would rate your home A+, the weather A+ and our vacation with family A+. There was only one negative. The air conditioning stopped working on a day exceeding 90 degrees. This was reported to the property manager at 8:30 PM. It was fixed at 10:30 AM the following morning. So we had no a/c for 14 hours. Once again I want to compliment you on a nice vacation home
