Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

This villa is truly breathtaking !!

This luxurious 7 bedroom villa with south facing pool and panoramic lake view is located in the Premier fully gated Terra Verde Resort. The villa features five star luxury throughout its 2827 sq ft of living area. A large extended deck and lanai complete with optionally heated pool and spa allows you to enjoy the fantastic Florida climate all year round. 2 of the 7 bedrooms offer king/queen size beds and each have an en- suite bathroom . The other bedrooms (2 queens and 3 twins) share 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom is themed and is highly decorated along with newly supplied beddings. In addition each bedroom has LCD cable TV and ceiling fans (supplementing the air conditioning throughout).

The villa also has a well equipped kitchen. formal dining area, large family relaxion area (with large wide screen TV and DVD player), laundry and games room including pool table and foosball. The villa also offers an extensive library of books for all ages and DVD selection.

WiFi throughout the villa is provided free of charge!

Area Information

This vacation villa is situated in Kissimmee and is a 15 to 20 minute drive from Disney, Universal, Seaworld and all the other Theme Parks. It is also very close to restaurants, shopping, golf courses and the Convention Center. The Atlantic Coast is just over an hours drive and features the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and the world famous Daytona Beach and racetrack. The Gulf Coast is just a slightly longer drive in the other direction and a day out at Tampa's Busch Gardens and the world renowned beaches like Clearwater and St Petersburg are within easy reach.
