The property was absolutely amazing. The entire family loved it. They loved the soft beds and the game room. My family and friends wants to book the house after I told them and showed them the pictures. I have recommended this location to 2 families already and my family is ready to come back.

Immaculate Stay at this Villa!!!

On January 11 - 18 2013, my family and I (13 of us total) stayed at this 7 bdrm Villa and the only complaint that I have is that it wasn't long enough!!! Right from the beginning of the booking process dealing with the owner (Jannie) was a breeze! She responded to all of my emails promptly and accurately and if we needed anything or had questions once we were at her home, she took care of everything. The check-in process was very smooth and the workers were very friendly people. The house itself was immaculate; very clean, spacious, modern and matched the pictures and descriptions in the ad. We have a 3 year old son so I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the added security features when it came to the pool (extra locks and one that was out of his reach and an additional fence around the pool). If this home were to get a bad review I would be surprised because for every single one of us thought it was perfect!!! If our next trip to Florida involves a large party - we will be back to this house for sure! Thanks again Jannie!

Dream come true villa

This villa was absolutely wonderful, we stayed there for 16 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer, the beds were very comfortable, plenty room for everybody. The kitchen was fully equipped as the rest of the house and got everything we could possibly need. This villa was way better we ever dreamed it would be, everything so clean and well taken care of. The kids loved the playroom and the pool was used a lot. The location is great and we felt very safe in this resort. Thank you for a fantastic villa we will surely visit again.

Great house...leave the hot tub

I couldn't have been happier with the cleanliness of the home upon arrival as well as the owner staying in constant contact with me when I had questions. TV and wireless Internet worked beautifully and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cups, plates, and dishes. I would ask the owner to do a few things however. Please put garbage cans in each bathroom. Mine next to the bunk bed room didn't have one. Please put lids on the garbage cans outside as raccoons kept knocking them over at night. Please provide the guests with more paper towels and some kind of sponges and disinfectant. We want to keep your house clean but we don't want to buy the products. Finally the hot tub. I spent an extra $200 for the week to have it and it never got hot. It was warm at best. Save your money. All in all I recommend the home. I would rent from them again.

This was a Thanksgiving that will be remembered and cherished for a long time. My family was celebrating the safe return of our 2 nephews and their entire unit returning home safely from the war in Iraq. As a family we wanted to do something special and WOW what a treat. This villa was absolutely grand. The staff was so professional and kind. The home was beautiful and everything was convenient. This was truly a home away from home. I have already recommended this villa and I am looking foward to my next vacation. My only disapointment was tthe TV. The service was interrupted each day around 6 pm and remained out of service until around 10pm. Thanksgiving day was the biggest problem due to the family being football fans and service was interrupted doing the Dallas game (not a good thing) BIG DALLAS FAN WAS IN THE HOUSE. Other than that EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!!! This was THE BEST VACATION taken as a family.

Our Family Vacation

Our family of 11, 7 adults and 4 children, ranging in age from 6 to 10, had a great vacation. The house had plenty of room and we never felt crowded. It was wonderful to have our own private pool. We loved the option of cooking our meals at the house rather than eating at Disney daily for all three meals. Coming back to the house after a long day at the park was very relaxing. The owner of this home is very helpful with my questions and addressed all concerns immediately via e-mail upon our arrival. TVs in every room is a nice feature. Ping pong table was added to game room per our request. Lights were replaced by property manager per our request. Wonderful having laundry on site to limit luggage needed for our 1-week stay. Grill gas tank was full so we did not have to pay for that as an extra. The only complain I would have is that the house seemed warm to us (upstairs in particular), and the thermostat boxes were locked so could not be adjusted by us. The main pool and resort were also nice, however we only spent a couple hours there. Definitely recommend to others. Thank you!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family of 13, 7 adults and 6 children ranging in age from 6 to 17, had one of the best vacations ever. We usually stayed on Disney grounds but decided to try a house this time. It worked out to be the best decision ever. The house had plenty of room and we never felt crowded. It was wonderful to have our own private pool. Coming to this house after the parks away from all the crowds made our trip more relaxing and enjoyable. Our family will only do Disney this way from now on. I would tell anyone to rent a home instead of a hotel!!!!!!

In Novemeber 2010, our coach decided he wanted to take our team to Florida. I was given the task to organize the trip. I had no idea and started searching the web. I found this listing and made contact. I found the owners to be very helpful with my questions...and I had a lot!!! I did not stay at the house personally, but it sounds like it was perfect for 10 teenagers and three adults. Here are their comments: I thought the place was perfect, all electronics and appliciances worked great, everything was very clean, it was spacious there was easily enough room for all of us and LOTS OF TOWELS.... they were constantly needed due to mass amount of people getting tossed in the pool on a regular basis. house was nice.... would be great to have propane in the BBQ as part of the deal... spend more using stove for them.. no light in master potty.. Clean, spacious, easy to play hide and seek in.. I thought the house was very clean and organized. There were enough towels for everyone which was nice. The main pool and resort were also nice, however we only spent a couple hours there. I don't have many complaints although we could have used more cleaning supplies in the kitchen like paper towel, more garbage bags, and dish towels. Other than that everything was great! Those were comments from the three adults. Had I been there, I recognize that the kitchen supplies are only there to start the vacation off. Overall, the team had a great experience. Thanks.

The propane tank for BBQ grill is provided and ready for ues. It was filled initially, but will be renter's responsbility for future refill if found empty, since it is out of owner's control. Thank you for your understanding.
