We warmly welcome our guests to come and stay with us in our highly furnished newly renovated accommodation. Large and spacious villa . Along with 5.5baths and seven highly furnished bedrooms along with spa and private pool . Home is perfect for family get together , reunions or large groups , which sleeps up to 16 guests with great relaxation and comfort . 7Bedrooms villa is truly a paradise for Disney getaway or private retreats . Experience a relaxing stay at enchanting villa in affordable rates .
Situated in world renown Emerald Island, fully gated resort, villa is conveniently located at minutes distance from Disney World & about short drive’s distance from other major attractions like Sea World, Universal Studios, Shopping Complex , Golf Courses ) also amenities such as ( Finest Restaurants and Super Markets ).
Villa offers air conditioning along with total space over 3200 square ft . There are 3 Luxurious Master Size Bedroom suites along with two pair of Jack and Jill styled suites – All bedrooms offers great elegance and are gully furnished with beautiful décor. Also all bedrooms are well stocked with DVD Player and flat panel TV.
Beddings in these Suites are ;
Three comfortable beds in three Master Size Bedroom Suites
One Queen size bed
Three twins bedrooms suites – About six beddings in total
Two Rollaway beddings
Villa offers spacious and well stocked kitchen along with Island. Modern appliances are newly added which includes full size refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, over/range, marble tops breakfast table which seats 8 guests comfortably, cooking utensils and coffee maker. Airy and bright kitchen offers everything required to make family feast else some delicious snacks.
In family area , our guests will find large flat paneled High Definition TV along with a Blue ray DVD Player which features complete fun and entertainment .

comfortable and fun

Eight grandchildren ranging in age from 16 to 2 years old, and our 3 sons and 3 daughter-in-lawa and an au-pair and us, enjoyed staying in this grand house. The kids enjoyed the game room and the pool. The older kids loved the outside grill. we had a great time. Shopping was close by. the guarded community and the club house were a great asset.

Lovely home in a lovely neighborhood

This house is beautiful and very spacious! We had 9 people in our group and still had plenty of room. The pool and hot tub were great. We had one issue with the hot tub, but it was fixed immediately. I would recommend this home to anyone, especially families with children!
