Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

Come enjoy the peace and serenity of ''Ariels Cove''. Our three bedroom home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular ''Indian Point'' community. Out the front door you'll find an expanse of grassland that's home to a variety of birds and wildlife for you to enjoy. Take a walk up our street and before you know it you've come across playgrounds, tennis courts and ponds. Once you've unwound by the heated pool with covered lanai overlooking a beautiful forested area, jump in your car and drive 7 miles to ''Magic Kingdom'', ''Animal Kingdom'' or any other ''Disney or Universal'' theme parks. After you've tired yourself out at Orlando's famous attractions, swing by the 24 hr Super Wal-Mart and pick up some groceries for a home cooked meal or stop at one of the many restaurants or dinner theatres and let someone else do the cooking!! After you've spent some time with us you'll be counting down the days until you can come back!!

Comfortable & Relaxing

Ariel's Cove was the ideal spot for our winter getaway. We stayed during the months of January and February 2013, and we enjoyed it so much we extended for another week. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac and the neighbors were friendly and quiet. The house was clean, comfortable and all of our basic needs were provided. The heated pool was a main attraction. Hanspeter (the landlord) could not have been more accomodating. He saw that every request we made was taken care of, and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. Since he lives close the the property, he reacts immediately to any requests. Three cheers for this place. We have already decided to return next year.

This was my 2nd year staying at this house. The kids and wife love this house. Clean house, very close to all attractions and shopping. The owner is very friendly. I am definately staying here again and would recommend.

We had a great stay in this house. It was comfortable, clean and had plenty of room. Plus, it was only a few minutes drive to Disney. We loved being able to jump into the pool after crazy hot days in the parks! Overall we were very happy.

I had a great time in this home. We had one small issue and when we called the owner he was there in 10 minutes to fix the problem. The house is open and roomy, we put good use to the grill, game room and pool. Excellent house, location, and price. We will be back. Thanks again!!

What a great time we had at Ariel's Cove. The location was perfect! the house was beautifull and had everything we needed and more. we could have spent the whole week in the house and had a nice vacation. the parks were all a 15 minute drive away.
