The White House offers presidential luxury in accommodation with a tropical pool-side setting. The extra large 40'x20'x9' deep pool is ideal for the enthusiastic swimmer and is one of the largest pools in the area. Enjoy the end of a day by watching the many wonderful Florida sunsets under our unique tiki hut bar with its hand-carved totem poles.

"We live on the sunny side" - our house in Dahlia Reserve in the lovely development of Crescent Lakes looks across at one of the many lakes and backs onto the Reedy Creek Nature Reserve, an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil to ensure your privacy and relaxation.

The White House is fully air-conditioned which can be switched to heating if the nights get too cool. There is a featured gas logged fireplace. Ceiling fans are in all the bedrooms. Wireless Internet is available along with hands free telephones and a fax machine.

To comply with our Florida State Licence and our Guests peace of mind the villa has all the following safety features including an electric alarm system, electric carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting and safety alarms on all doors and windows leading to our tropical paradise pool.

In our kitchen you will find every convenience for your use whether you are planning a simple or a-la-carte meal including a double-side fridge/freezer with icemaker, self cleaning oven and dishwasher. The villa is equipped with all the necessary crockery, glassware, and cutlery including plastic ware for the poolside. Small Electrical Appliances include a Toaster, Blender, Can Opener, Kettle and Coffee Percolator.

Our Family room offers the utmost in comfort with leather reclining sofas and chairs. The entertainment unit has cable TV and DVD player with a selection of DVD’s
Located in the alcove off from our Family Room is our the downstairs double bedroom and walk-in shower room which is suitable for elderly or disabled Guests who don’t wish to climb the stairs.

Games Room One has a full size Pool Table for family enjoyment. Games Room Two includes a Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table, Indoor/Outdoor PingPong Table, Electric Darts Boards,

The Master Bedroom located in a separate wing of the house has been beautifully decorated with a king-size four poster bed, telephone, alarm clock radio and TV. The en-suite has a separate walk-in shower, a large roman tub, separate toilet and his and her sinks.

Located a separate upstairs wing are the other upstairs bedrooms which include a queen and two twin rooms. All bedrooms have top quality beds guaranteed to give you a good night sleep. The Main Bathroom has been conveniently positioned for easy access.

Our upstairs lounge has been decorated to give a feel of a southern plantation room, a perfect place to retreat away everyone, and is ideal to relax and enjoy that holiday novel you keep meaning to read or to get on-line.

A tropical paradise has been created with pool planters with tropical plants which surround our extra large 40’x20’x9’ deep pool and large split level deck. Enjoy our wonderful pool with its fountains and separate spillway. Our Guests can enjoy unwinding in our wonderful semi-private raised spa overlooking the house which is big enough for 8 adults and acts as a wonderful kiddie’s pool. The villa includes lots of pool toys and floats for hours of family fun, plenty of pool towels and sun loungers for relaxing and topping up your tan set inside a large screen enclosure which allows the sun in but keeps the bugs out.

The pool not only benefits from underwater coloured lighting we have also added the feature of fibre optic lighting for night time. This fabulous lighting display can be selected to change the pool to one of 8 pre-selected colours or you can enjoy the colours rotate through a sequence of colours.

A unique feature to our home is our authentic tiki hut bar with its palm leaf roof and original carved totem-poles. Imagine sitting up at the bar with a favourite drink and unwinding after your day at the theme parks. Just close your eyes and imagine staying our house, the weather is hot and sunny you and your family are out by the pool, the kids are laughing and splashing in the pool, your wife is feeling relaxed and carefree enjoying the luxurious spa, and you are sitting up at the bar with your favourite drink and on the BBQ you have cooking your steak and jacket potatoes, or it’s the same scene but at night and you have the fibre optic lights around the pool on, it really is “as good as it gets”
