Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

This luxury 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is situated on the much sought after Indian Creek community just 3 miles from Disney main gate and within a minute to restaurants, shops, supermarkets and US-192, around 15 minutes to famous Premium Outlets.

Two beautifully Master suites (two King beds) furnished with en suite bathrooms and direct access to the pool area provide a relaxing base for your vacation, a further bedroom (Queen bed) with own bathroom and two twin bedrooms with shared bathroom and a queen size sofa bed complete the spacious sleeping accommodation up to 12 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an open bar, a beautiful separated dinning and a breakfast table. All linen and towels are provided. The house provides high-speed internet and WiFi (Bring your laptop) and cable TVs (a 42' Plasma TV and three 22' LCD TVs), a DVD player, Washer and dryer are provided. The local and domestic long distance phone call is free.

We don't forget your children. This is a kids friendly villa. A game cube console is provided. Just bring your favorite games.
The game room includes a pool table and air hockey for your extra entertainment. Inside the closet, you would find the high chair, stroller, and portable play yard (a pack and play) are available for your convenience.

The private pool and spa is equipped with child safety alarm. It can be heated (optional) for additional pleasure. The cushioned chairs and loungers for you to enjoy in the shaded cool lanai area with BBQ grill (off site and optional).

Community: The communal facilities include a playground, tennis court, a basketball court and a putting green.

There are many superb golf courses within easy reach including Remington, Hunter's Creek, Kissimmee Bay, Poinciana, Championsgate with two Greg Norman designed courses, Reunion with three courses designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer, and Jack Nicholas, Highland Reserve, Providence, Remington, Orange Lake, Diamond Back, and Falcon's Fire to name just a few.

This is a popular Florida villa in a quiet location yet within easy reach of the main attractions, including Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. It's less than 30 from Orlando airport. Within easy reach by way of Interstate 4 to the east are Tampa, Busch Gardens, and the white sand beaches of the Gulf Coast, whilst to the west lie Kennedy Space Center, Daytona, Cocoa Beach and the Atlantic Coast, etc...Famous Orlando Premium Outlets around 15 minutes and The Florida Mall around 25 minutes driving. You definitely will find a lot of great bargains down there.

Excellent Location - 10 min drive to Disney

Property was located very close to Disney,pool and hot were both heated as promised. Game room left a little to be desired - only had a ping pong table.... Lots of space - very comfortable 5 bedrooms with Tv's in each room. Plenty of towes and linens. Kitchen was large but, could have used more platic cups and bowls for the patio area especially for kids. Otherwise, the house was a 4 out of 5 and we would recommend it to friends.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this property as a great vacation destination. Of course,. we did have an unexpected guest (tropical storm Debby) but it did not put a damper on our vacation. We traveled with our children and grandchildren and they thoroughly enjoyed the home!!!

Comfortable house for a big family

Great house with a spacious kitchen for the convenience for the 12 people who were staying in the house. And in general everything were in good conditions so we really enjoyed our vacations in the villa.
