With five (5) newly furnished bedrooms, three (3) full bathrooms, and a private heated pool, this vacation home is the perfect place for the entire family. Located in the world-class Emerald Island gated resort, our home puts you just minutes away from Walt Disney World, and just a short drive away from other area attractions (Universal Studios, Sea World, golf courses, shopping centers) and amenities (supermarkets, restaurants).

This welcoming home is ideal for relaxing group vacations with family, friends, or both - it comfortably houses twelve (12) people in luxury accommodations. Come for the nearby attractions, or simply just to kick back by the pool and enjoy family activities in the villa's backyard. For less than you would pay at many hotels, you and your family could be staying in a small slice of paradise!

Inside the villa:
Our home is fully air-conditioned with a brand new larger capacity AC system for your comfort. Every bedroom is elegantly furnished and decorated, equipped with a brand-new flat panel TV and brand new furniture. You will also find:
• 2 rooms with King sized beds - brand new high quality mattresses and brand new bedding
• 1 room with a Queen sized bed - brand new high quality mattress and brand new bedding
• 2 children's room - 2 twin beds in each room, with brand new high quality mattresses and brand new bedding
• 2 roll-away beds

Our home has a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, which include a full-size refrigerator, a range/oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a breakfast table which can comfortably seat eight, a coffee maker and cooking utensils - everything you might need to prepare anything from a plentiful feast to just a quick snack. In the family room, you will find a brand-new large flat panel HDTV with a Blue-ray DVD player - perfect for movie night with the entire family after a long day of fun.

Outside the villa:

A heated, private, screened pool is an ideal place for you, your family, and friends to splash around, sunbathe under the warm Florida sunshine, or relax under the shade of a covered lanai porch. A brand new infrared gas grill is available.

The clubhouse has a fitness facility with a range of machines and weights, a spa with a hot tub, a sauna room, meeting room and business center with fax service, free internet access, a tiki bar, a snack bar, another large heated pool and Jacuzzi, and a concierge to help with reservations and other assistance, as well as all day free coffee and tea.

• Less than 3 miles from Disney World, and the Resort has shuttle bus service from the clubhouse which is 2 minutes walking from our villa to Disney Theme Parks, Sea World, and Universal Studios!
