Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

One of the closest possible communities to Walt Disney World (less than 3 miles away), Emerald Island is a quiet oasis in which to spend your vacation. Emerald Island is an exclusive gated community less than a mile from the world famous US Highway 192 where you will find shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

This luxury villa offers all the amenities of your own home and with everything we could need ourselves! The villa has two master en-suites (one is on the second floor and the other on the first floor) with king and queen size bed and its own large private bathroom, one queen bed for the 3rd room, two kid rooms with twin beds, and a queen size sofa sleeper. It comfortably sleeps up to 12 people. It is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem.

Wireless internet, cable TV, free long distance calls within US. Every bedroom has a LCD TV. Living room has 42" LCD TV. Pool table, air hokey table, PlayStation2 game console with many games is ready to add more fun to your stay. A gas BBQ grill and a baby equipment package including high chairs, strollers and baby monitors are free for your use.

Area Information

The Emerald Island Resort offers an array of complimentary amenities, which are available to guests. The 4,000 square foot club house has a fitness centre, volley ball and tennis court, sauna, computer access to the Internet, heated community pool and spa pool, Video games room, together with children’s play area and Tikki Hut, and is the perfect place to get to know other families. The Clubhouse is very near a trail for walking, jogging or biking which winds through the community’s natural woodland setting.

Golfers are well served by the following courses which are all a few miles away. Highlands Reserve: Set atop one of the highest areas in the region, Highlands Reserve is not your typical Florida golf course. This championship design by Mike Dasher gives you tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees dotting the countryside. Large, fast, undulating greens make this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers with water coming into play on just one hole. It's a very sporty course and although it's a tad shorter in length, it can still be a bit tough if your game's not on! Conveniently located just minutes your villa at Silver Creek. Polo Park: Polo Park Golf Course is a 9-hole executive length golf course in Davenport, Florida. This short layout will reward good shots and provide a fun golf outing for everyone. Orange Lake - The Legends: Opened in 1998 as a tribute to golf legend Arnold Palmer, Orange Lake's Legends Course has quickly become one of Orlando's most popular courses. Laid out by Palmer Course Design. Champions Gate: This world-class 36-hole facility, designed by Greg Norman, opened in the fall of 2000. The facility boasts two distinct courses - the National and the International.

Awesome villa!

We had an awsome time at this beautiful villa! Everything was perfect about our vacation. The house is very spacious and very clean. Our kids loved swimming in the large heated pool. Ann is very prompt at answering any questions you might have and was terrific to deal with. We would definetly stay here again!

My family and I had a beautiful time when we stayed at this property. It was very clean, we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy every moment and my kids loved the pool. We are looking forward to staying at this property next year!!
