Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

Our 6 bedroom vacation villa is located at Windsor Palms - one of the most sought after, 5 star resort communities near Disney. Its outstanding amenities include a luxury club house with pool tables, table tennis, a gym, an Olympic-size pool, a volleyball court, floodlit tennis and basketball courts, picnic and barbecue areas, and a very impressive 60 Seat Movie Theater. For guests who do not wish to drive, shuttle service is available to all major attractions in the area.

The villa itself is beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained to serve as the best home away from home for families and friends.

Our house boasts 6 bedrooms, each equipped with one or two closets and a flat screen cable TV. The first master bedroom has a king-size bed, a spacious bathroom with hot tub and shower, and direct access to the swimming pool. The second master bedroom has a queen-size bed and also has its own bathroom.

You'll feel right at home cooking in our well appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need for delicious home-cooked meals.

In addition, the great room is equipped with a flat screen TV/DVD player for quality entertainment for the whole family after a long day at Disney World.

Don't feel like staying inside? Just walk outside and take a look at our voluminous pool and spa which faces no rear neighbor. Feel free to watch the gorgeous Florida sunset with your loved one on the exquisite lanai and enjoy a romantic poolside evening. The kids will also have a wonderful time in the generously-sized game room featuring a pool table and in a upstairs bedroom with a Nintendo Wii game system.

This home was just lovely, we had plenty of room for the three families that shared this home. The decor was elegant, I enjoyed the pool, the game room was very entertaining for the boys. This home was very close to Walmart, Flea Market, resturants etc. The Resort is nice, clean and quiet. We rented 4 other homes in Seasons and they all were close by one another within walking distance. We loved this resort and will be booking this one for sure again. Jeanine Howard

Nice home with a few problems but it did not stop our great vacation. Disney is a little further than stated. Any problems we had were addressed very quickly by management. Plenty of room for my party of 12 that spanned in age from 2 to 73. Absolutely loved the hot tub and spent a large portion of our vacation there.

Amazing Home!!!

I will start by saying that I felt in love with this property the minute I saw it online. I contacted a few other property owners after interested in a few other properties but this one was by far my number 1 choice and Im glad it was available. I contacted Mr Andy right away and from there the experience just got better and better. Before renting the property I contacted him a few times with questions and he always replied back to my emails right away. The property is located in a very nice and secure area. It’s a very updated comfortable home. Very clean and spacious, we all felt right at home. The property is equipped with everything you can think of. Besides food there is no need to bring anything else if renting this property. We had an amazing time while staying here. Thank you Mr Andy and I look forward to returning to your property soon!!!

We had a group of 7 travel down to Orlando from Alberta Canada for the InfoComm Convention, we needed a house big enough to accommodate the team!! Well we found a winner by staying here, the team said the place was perfect and just as described. Was easy to find, clean, and plenty of room! We recently were in Orlando over a 18 day period with different groups of teenage basketball players. This house could not have been more perfect. It was spacious, clean and in the perfect location. Target and Walmart both within 5 miles was a huge plus as well! The decorations were modern and tasteful and the rooms were all just as described (The boys loved the couches! So comfortable!). Although we had a couple of minor issues, Andy was prompt and gracious in his response and made every possible effort to make our stay perfect. Andy was a pleasure to work with and I am looking forward to returning to this property again for our trip next year. THANKS for a wonderful place for our teams to call home! See you next year!

This was one of the best trips we have ever taken. The Villa is in a perfect location, close to Disney and Universal studios. Not only was it nicely located but it was very clean and everything was up to par. enough towels, sheets and kitchen utensils. The host was great he made sure everything was running smoothly and was very easy to reach. The only problem i had was letting go. I will definitely return to this house, Thanks Andy.
