The spacious 2900 square ft highly furnished and fully air conditioned villa has been tastefully renovated & decorated to feature your all vacation needs .Brand new & high standard beddings & linens to ensure you comfortable and peaceful nights . Each bedrooms features cable TV, towels & DVD Player . Access to free Wi-Fi , free phone calls to US domestic , highly functional machine and dryer , dishwasher and gas grill .

The house is professionally designed with three kings , one queen , three double twin bedrooms & 4.5 baths . It can accommodate up-to 18 guests & is perfect for three to four families get together . South facing spa and pool has beautiful lake front view that ensures a restful nights .

Maintained pool can be heated on request . Screened covered porches are highly furnished with patio furnishings & child safety fences . Games area is highly furnished with well maintained pool ,foosball table and air hockey .

Families along with children can enjoy full size crib , high chair and stroller .We will surely try our level best to comfortably accommodate special demands to ensure our guests the unforgettable vacation !!

This luxury villa is located in the Award Winning & fully gated community in Kissimmee. It is located off Hwy 192 East at Poinciana Blvd. The beautiful rock of Terra Verde welcomes you as you enter the resort. Very stylish and tasteful, the Wonderful rock of the Terra Verde awaits you to visit the resort . The resort club house is constructed in Mediterranean theme which is surrounded by the lush tropical landscapes that shows the Florida on its best .It has large swimming pool with SPA and ornamental waterfall, Sauna, Natural trail, Complimentary cyber/internet café; Fitness center, Games room, Stock fishing lake, large sunning deck with pool loungers situated around the resort pool patio. Pool side TIki Bar, Shaded children’s playground, basketball court, beach volley ball court and croquet/bocca lawn.

Several local entertaining activities near by like helicopter rides , horse back riding , grocery stores large variety of finest restaurants such as Red Lobsters,For golfers in your party, The Waldrof Astoria Golfs are just at 10 minutes short distance .

The best choice for a family vacation.

The location of the house was perfect for the activities we had planned. With children, renting a house to stay instead of a hotel was an excelent choice. It was a family trip, 8 adults and 6 children from 8 to 1.5 years old. With 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms we were very confortable. We did not require anything extra since the villa is fully equipped. And the only issue we had was promptly resolved. The children enjoyed the pool. And we all agree that It was a great experience and look forward to doing it again-

We had a beautiful vacation; the home was just what my sister-in-law and I expected and more. Easy access in proximity to all nearby attractions and stores for shopping. The listing photos were on point and the house was clean and well maintained. The owner was very helpful and precise in details as it related to the rental of the home and moreover very accomodating due to our delay because of the hurricane. For persons traveling with small kids I will recommend Disney and bigger kids Universal and Islands of Adventure. I think a package should be set online for 10 days stay and not just for a week because the experience was awesome but oh.. how it ended so quickly. I think what gave us great comfort most of all was being safe at the home. There was a security at the main entrance at the Resort who made sure one had clearence for entrance. We loved this. We have already recommended this place to many friends and relatives...please continue to live up to our expectations. Thanks again and we will definitely do this again.

Such an amazing house and great community! The location of this home is absolutely gorgeous. When we arrived we were all over whelmed with the beauty of the property. The house has everything it claims it has! The house was so clean and neat, plus the furniture and decorations just top it all off. The house was equipped with all the things you would need for your family vacation. I also loved that while this house is contained within a quiet and private community, all that Orlando has to offer is easily accessible. We were less than half an hour from all the Disney parks and Universal Studios, which made it easy for us to get in early and beat the traffic. One of my favorite memories from our trip was just relaxing by the pool, dangling our feet in the water! The back patio had a peaceful lake front view and the perfect amount of sun and shade. The screens surrounding the patio kept out any insects, and the pool was clean and well-maintained. Finally, the owner was just amazing and a great communicator with fast responses to all our questions. I can not possibly recommend this home enough. It is the perfect place for friends or families to enjoy themselves! We were sorry to leave but we know we will be back.

Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, pet owners, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
