We stayed in the villa for 8 days in November 2010 and had a great time.

The location of the villa is great; within a secure community and close to everything; turnpike, shops, parks.

What you see in the pictures is what you get! No photo shop here!

The villa has everything you need and is fully equipped - home away from home.

If you decide to go during the "winter" months pool heating is necessesary and well worth the money.

Dinner tips: Red Lobester on West Vine Street, 10 mins away. Great food and great service to a good price.

Being our first trip to Florida it seemed a bit daunting finding a good villa. We could not have chosen any better! It really felt like a home from home, very relaxing and everything you could need. The neighbourhood is very nice and it feels very safe. What you see in the pictures is exactly like it is. Very clean and well maintained. Being just off the Turnpike made visiting the parks very easy. We would recommend the villa to anyone planning to visit, and would definately return there if we plan another holiday in the future.
We really enjoyed visiting the theme parks. Harry Potter world was a big hit for our 2 teenage daughters, and also the swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove was awesome! Seaworld was magical with the Manta ride just brilliant!! Also visited Kennedy Space Centre which was a must for me!! As for restaurants, can't fault the Cheesecake Factory at Mall at Millenia...just YUMMY!!
Good customer service from Dave, the owner and also with the management company when there was a slight problem with the pool.
All in all a wonderful first experience of Florida and would not hesitate to return there in the future.

Had a lovely holiday in this villa. I have been to Florida on a number of occasions, I have stayed in hotels and villas and much prefer the villa experience. The villa was very clean and had everything that you would need. It is a good size and is situated in a very pleasant neighbourhood. It is not far from the Florida turnpike which makes it easily accessible. The view from the lounge and the pool area is just lovely.

What you see in the pics is how it is. I would recommend this villa to others and would not hesitate to return here were I to visit this area again.

Visited Downtown Kissimmee and had lunch at the Dockside Inn which was lovely. Had breakfast at the Rodeo diner just past the entrance to the Turnpike on 192, freshly made and used by all the locals.

Wasn't impressed by Charleys steakhouse which is one of the most expensive places to eat. Overpriced, pretentious and lacks atmosphere.

Good communication with the owner. Had to contact the management company regarding a problem that arose with the swimming pool. Within a few hours the problem was fixed. Excellent service.

Two weeks ago we returned to Denmark from a very enjoyable and comfortable week in your Villa at Waterside. It was even more than we expected from the description and photographs posted on the listing. The villa have everything, and the pool was lovely in the morning and again after some very long days in the Disney parks, SeaWorld, Universal Studios and even after the dinner show Arabian Nights. We enjoyed the beautiful outlook over the lake and the water temperature in the pool was just the right here in June. Air-condition in the villa was also very nice. We will certainly recommend this property to our friends and family and hope to return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

My grandsons and I stayed at the house. It was excellent. The house was very clean and comfortable. We didn't stay at the house too much since we were at Disney World all day and most of the night. It was great to go home to a quiet place without the crowds! The kids loved the pool the few times we had time for it. The owner, Dave, helped with the booking and all my questions. I highly recommend it!

Any family looking for a magical holiday in Florida should stay at this villa, it is a home away from home. The location is great with only a 20-25 minute drive from disney and other theme parks and excellent links to the major roads.
The villa comes fully equipt with everything you could possibly need and is immaculately tidy and clean. You always feel safe as the villa is part of a gated community with security guards always around. The lake view to the rear of the property is not only full of wildlife but allows you to feel totally relaxed on those days that you want to lie by the pool.
St Cloud is only a few minutes away with excellent restaurants and a huge supermarket.
I would recommend any family or couple to stay at this villa and we will definitely be returning

We have just returned from a very enjoyable and comfortable week at Waterside and it was everything we expected from the description and photographs posted on the listing.
Villa : The villa was spotlessly clean and in an excellent state of repair, with an good standard of fixtures and fittings. It was great to have an electric kettle, having been used to a hob kettle when we lived in the USA! The property was spacious and bright, though I think 10 people might find it a bit tight, there were four of us and it was fantastic, though there is more than enough space to sleep 10. Having the three bathrooms was also a great bonus.
The villa was located in a quiet residential cul de sac and we were not disturbed by anyone during our stay. We found the location excellent as we were near enough to all the amenities that we wanted, though far enough away not to be in the 'tourist' area. Shopping was within five miles in St Cloud which was very easy to get to and it had an excellent Publix (supermarket), Wal-mart, Home Depot and Post Office. Our children were also delighted that it also had a Dairy Queen for the mandatory daily ice creams! Using the Florida Turnpike you are probably around 20 minutes from Orland International Airport and 30-40 minutes from Disney, depending on the time of travel. We disn't use the Turnpike, but still found both easily accessible, though journey times were longer.
Pool : The pool was lovely with the morning sun from around 9.30am and the sun setting at around 6pm, though this was of course due to the time of year we were there, it has a beautiful outlook over the lake at the back where there was an abundance of bird life, and it was very private. The pool and hot tub were lovely, though we would recommend anyone visiting in October having the pool heating. The weather was hot during our stay, but the pool was too cold for me, though the children loved it.
We will certainly recommend this property to our friends and family and will certainly be returning in the future. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Overall this was an excellent choice for us. The house was very nice and well kept. For the same price of a hotel we recieved so much more including a private pool and a lake that was really nice.The house was located not too far from all the attractions and the airport. You would be crazy to stay at a hotel when they charge the same price or even more for a whole lot less. I would also like to thank the property manager across the street for coming over twice and cleaning the pool. We will be back.

We were in "Waterside" in July 2010. It is a very nice house, well equiped and enough living space. The swimming pool with view over the lake is super. The house is also well maintained and clean.

The house is situated near to St. Cloud and not far from Orlando International Airport.
