Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental

Luxurious 4 bedrooms villa at 5 star complex , 3 baths with shower rooms , that accommodates up-to 6 adults & 3 children

Well stocked kitchen includes larder fridge ,dishwasher , microwave etc. Full size washing machine & tumble drier . Free telephone available & flat screened TV for each bedroom & main living area & features pay per views movies .

Plenty seating for large families or groups in dinning and living area that leads to splash pool which guests can pay $25.00 daily to heat if required. Complete safety provided & further seating . BBQ available to rent if required.

The villa is situated at complex along with full size club house & leisure facilities which includes free access to Wi-Fi internet in house & free use of club house appointed computers & printers , further pool which is now heated in the cooler months, bar, tennis courts, gymnasium, cinema, sauna, basket ball, gaming area, volley ball & games area offers pool table, air hockey, table tennis , ATM .Small markets, horse shoe & lot more .

Area Information

This area of Florida offers a great climate all year round. Our house is 10 minutes to Disney World and about 20 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World. From October 2011 it'll be about 20 minutes from the new Legoland. Busch Gardens is about 50 minutes away; beaches are about an hour's drive.
The Paradise Palms area is so near the main attractions as well as great shops/Malls and super restaurants.There are a good choice of supermarkets, Super Target,several Publix and Wallmart within 5 minutes drive.
There is Crasy golf just up the road on the 192 and many wonderful golf courses within a few minutes drive.
We love going on an airboat to look for alligators, the best time is late afternoon, again this is only a short drive from the house.
There is so much to do during your stay but also a chance to really relax and enjoy the surroundings.
