Our magnificent Florida Villa is family owned. Providing delightful spacious accommodation of Master bedroom with queen bed, bedside drawer units with bedside lamps, telephone, large chest of drawers, tv, patio door onto the lanai with a grand en suite bathroom having twin vanity unit with full sized mirror over, a full size bath tub for relaxing and pampering, separate walk-in shower unit with power shower head, toilet, linen closet and a large walk-in clothes closet; Guest Suite has a queen size bed, bedside drawer units with bedside lamps, a large chest of drawers, tv, patio door onto the lanai and an en suite bathroom with vanity unit with full size mirror over, grand walk-in shower unit with power shower head, toilet, large walk-in clothes closet. There are a further 2 bedrooms rooms comprising in each room - 2 twin beds with bedside chest of drawers and bedside lamps, chest of drawers and clothes closets, tv’s. The twin rooms are divided by the third bathroom with vanity unit with mirror over, toilet and shower over the bath tub. There is an open plan family room with comfy seating of 3 seater settee and 2 armchairs great for relaxing after a long day at the theme parks, tall cabinet housing the cable TV and dvd player with cupboard for books, jigsaw puzzles, games, dvd’s, etc, and patio doors onto the lanai and pool area. There is a dining area with formal dining for 8, a breakfast bar with 2 bar chairs. A fully equipped kitchen with telephone, electric cooker, 4 ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffer maker, blender, electric kettle, with a full range of pans and cooking implements, crockery, cutlery, glassware, picnic ware for use around the pool area. A separate laundry room with full sized washing and drying machines, iron, ironing board. A games room with full size pool table, 5-in-one tabletop games, dart board.
For your comfort and enjoyment our home is fully air conditioned/heated; to comply with State Law there are alarms fitted to all doors leading onto the pool area; smoke alarms are fitted throughout, a fire extinguisher and emergency lighting are installed. Beautifully furnished throughout to create a cosy home from home relaxed atmosphere. TV and DVD player in family room; TV’s in all bedrooms, internet access.

Villa Magic is located in Kissimmee in the small gated Community of Magic Landings comprising of both residential and luxury holiday homes. To the rear of the Villa is a small lake and conservation area where we have so far spotted herons, egrets, eagles, wild turkey, turtles, racoons and a family of otters.
Located close to all the attractions Orlando has to offer, Kissimmee Historic Downtown leading to the lakeside park of Lake Toho, Kissimmee Old Town with its classic cars and motorbike parades, the magic of Disney Theme Parks, Sea World, Great Universal, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, the wide variety of dining establishments and leisure facilities along the 192 in Kissimmee, shopping experiences of Florida Mall, The Loop, The Millenium Mall, and various designer outlets. Not forgetting the numerous golfing facilities a short distance away, several of them have said they would be prepared to give discounted rates to our guests. To the east is St. Cloud with its new lakeside park and marina providing a small beach and play area for the kiddies and Crabby Bill’s restaurant. A short distance to the Osceola County Stadium hosting amateur and professional baseball and various conventions, fares and fun events throughout the year. 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 40 minutes from Sanford International Airport.
