Beautiful, private 7-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa in a gorgeous, gated community. This spacious home can accommodate up to 16 people comfortably with 2 King, 2 Queen, and 3 Twin bedrooms (2 twins in each), in addition to a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Jewel of the Island offers stylish appointments in all of its bedrooms and bathrooms. You'll enjoy a full kitchen, formal living room and dining room, family room with 52" screen TV, game room, and heated pool and hot tub. Located at quiet, secluded Emerald Island Resort, off a major highway but 2 minutes from a supermarket, stores, and many restaurants.
Our villa is available for rent year-round. You can look forward to beautiful sunny weather every season in Central Florida. This makes it possible to enjoy long days at the famous theme parks and enjoy swimming in our heated pool, even in the winter!

Imagine your own private pool and hot tub after a day of enjoying the sites. Or relax in the cozy family room for TV or a movie. Rather than relying on restaurants or theme parks for every meal, you can easily prepare and enjoy anything from snacks to full dinners in your gourmet kitchen.

Area Information

The lush greenery of Emerald Island Resort lends an oasis feel to the community. Amenities include a clubhouse (with exercise room, internet café, and concierge desk), a community pool with Tiki Bar, playground, and tennis courts. Emerald Island is uniquely situated: it is secluded and private, yet only a couple of minutes from a major highway with a huge supermarket, 24-hour pharmacy, restaurants, and shops.

All this in Kissimmee, perfectly located within 10 minutes of Disney World and all it's attractions - the wonderful theme parks of the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Disney MGM. Don't forget to enjoy the Disney water parks of Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. And Downtown Disney includes Cirque de Soleil, Disney Quest, Pleasure Island nightclubs, and many wonderful restaurants and unique shops. The two parks of Universal - the original Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure - are only 20 minutes away. Universal also boosts their City Walk with the Hard Rock Cafe and NBA City restaurants. SeaWorld is only a few more minutes down the road. There is always something exciting going on in the Orlando/Kissimmee area whatever time of year you choose to visit!
