Conservation View - Hot Tub - Free Pool Heat

Great place and amenities, we really enjoyed the outdoor lanai/pool/hot tub area. Property was centrally located to shops/restaurants and parks, but felt like you were in the country, as a conservation area is directly behind the home. Very quiet area, and private. Enjoyed having 2 bikes and one set of golf clubs to use, which we did, all in great shape. Owner is very accomodating and friendly. We would recommend this house to anyone wishing a great/affordable location in which to enjoy the Kissimmee area. - Jon Ward November 2012

We had a fantastic stay at Terry and Sue's wonderful home, spotlessly clean and fully equipped. We spent our mornings on the pool deck watching the wildlife in the fields at the back. Very secluded and private - ideal for getting to Disney it took us about 20 minutes in the car to get to Downtown Disney.Highly recommended and we will be booking again next year. We just returned from 8 nights here at Whispering Oaks. This villa is wonderful, beautifully decorated, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is very spacious, especially for our family of four. The villa was clean on our arrival and any minor concerns we had were very quickly addressed with a phone call to the management company. One was we had put food in the garbage disposal and couldn’t figure out how to work it (apparently there is a reset button on the bottom of it that needed pressing) and the other was we had no water one day but that was due to a water main break and nothing to do with the house in particular. Our stay was exactly as described and expected. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood; so quiet you wouldn’t say you even had neighbours. Night time out on the lanai was very peaceful; overlooking the pool and, beyond that, the wide open field out back. The pool and hot tub were better than we expected and were heaven after a day in the parks. We loved our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to return on a future trip. My nine year old daughter would like me to add, "it's great for kids too!" Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay here. The house was spotless & absolutely beautiful! The photos you have are great but do not do the house justice :-) it was the best most relaxing vacation ever! The house is stunning and we couldn't have asked for more! I will def. Just returned from a fabulous 2 week holiday in this beautiful villa. The villa is beautifully decorated and maintained to a very high standard. It is wonderfully comfortable and so well equipped - everything you could need is provided including wi-fi, GPS and ponchos! The location is perfect - a peaceful and relaxed neighbourhood yet only 2 mins from Walmart and 15-20 mins from all the major attractions plus shopping outlets and malls. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year - not even unpacked from this trip! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa - it really is the ideal base for a magnificent holiday in Florida.

The property was great! The house was very clean with all amenities you would need for a great vacation. The house is located in a quiet community with great views enjoyed from the heated pool and spa in the back yard. Fast and easy access to restaurants, shops, and Disney parks made our stay very enjoyable. The information book in the house has some great ideas and recommendations. The only comment I would have is to follow the advise of putting the trash out early in the morning and not the night before as animals will find there way into the cans creating a messy clean up in the morning. Thanks for a great stay, I would highly recommend you property.

We have been coming to this villa for 5 years now. We love it. The location is perfect. 15-20 mins to all main attractions but away from it all. Close to shops and restaurants. The villa itself is bright and spacious and has recently been decorated throughout. It is very clean and organised. There is everything you could possibly want including a Sat Nav!! We love the private pool area and jacuzzi which is not overlooked. It really is home form home and I cannot recommend it enough.

We love Terry & Sue's house - we have stayed he 4 time in the last 6 years and we will be back again in 2013 funds permitting, the house has everything you need, linen, cooking utensils, bedding, a great pool and jacuzzi - two computers, access to UK TV and lots more - we are really close to all the parks and amenities and in a surprising tranquil and quiet location overlooking open countryside - magnificent! We had an absolutely wonderful time. The home was very clean and comfortable in such a quiet neighborhood. We were so close to the theme parks and great restaurants. Coming home to the pool and hot tub was perfect after a long day walking at Disney. And thanks so much to Terry and Sue for providing a few starter items (water, milk, bread....) it meant so much to not have to go shopping that very first night after two days of driving to get there! Your home was part of our wonderful family vacation to Orlando!

Wonderful experience. The house was perfect for my family of six. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool after a long day at Disney and Legoland. Brian was very helpful with the TV remote mix-up and the timing on the sprinklers. The house was clean, quiet, and well-maintained.

This vacation house for our adult family of 7 was perfect and exactly as described if not better. On arrival is was very clean and ready for us. The location is in a very nice residential area. The pool area was lovely and the pool itself warm as promised. The kitchen contained everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts and a couple of other meals. We tried the Italian Restaurant a minute or two away that was recommended by the owner. We loved it! (Sorry I can't remember the name, but just look it up in the information book in the house.) We booked a private 2 hour air boat tour of the Everglades out of Fort Lauderdale that everyone really enjoyed. The drive to Universal and Disney was under 30 minutes and gave us a chance to look for shopping and restaurants along the way. We would highly recommend this home and will stay again the next time. This was our fourth visit to Sue and Terrrys' lovely villa, this time for six weeks. As we have come to expect everywhere was very clean and tidy and the additions since our last visit enhanced our stay. The master bedroom now has a new bed, which is extremely comfortable, the lounge has the addition of cable TV and there is a new bbq grill. The weather was great in the high 70's to low 80's so lots of chilling out on the deck and swimming in the heated pool. The local orange groves have been turned into a park and we enjoyed a daily walk from the villa out onto 192, turn left after the market, walk through the park and back to the property, about 4 - 4 1/2 miles. Lots of birdlife including a nesting Bald Eagle. By the end of our trip we were saying hello to the locals. All in all a great villa in a fabulous location, so handy for shopping, the malls and parks. The villa is a credit to Terry and Sue and suits couples or families with children

We really loved the house because of its location, hidden and very private. Anyone wanting to rent a home in the Kissimmee area this is the place. It truly was a home away from home! Close by Target and Walmart and we tried the Latino Restaurant next to the Hacienda grocery store on the 192. Wonderful food and the margueritas were yummy.
