AMAZING!

We stayed april 27th to May 4th and could NOT have picked a better vacation rental! our ages ran the gammet from 19 months all the way up to 70 years and everyone was thrilled! The owners were more than accomadating! we had an issue with a tv in one of the bedrooms and the property manager came right over to fix. service and attention was top notch! communication with the owners was quick and easy! amenities were better than described and the pictures just do not do this house justice! it is very close to the park that is located in the community for those days you get home from the parks early. the furniture and decor has all the right 5 star touches. the kids loved the game room and the adults enjoyed relaxing by the pool with plenty of privacy. we will absolutely stay here again!!

We were a party of 8 adults, 4 children and 1 toddler enjoying a disney themed family reunion. This house is perfectly located for the parks. Never more than 20 mins door to door. Its easy to find, just off the 192, and only 2 mins away from a huge Walmart making shopping a breeze.The housing estate itself is smart and in a quiet location. There was enough space for our large group and sufficient crockery , towels and bed linen to go around. The washing machine, dryer and dish washer all worked well; there was plenty of hot water and good air conditioning. After an initial glitch the pool heating worked perfectly and was greatly appreciated. The home may not be in as pristine condition as photos indicated but it was perfectly clean and a more comfortable and stress free environment for children than worrying about 5 star decor. The only "negative" which we communicated with the owner was that there were insufficient cloths for cleaning and no brooms or brushes to enable us to clean up after ourselves. All in all though a great house at a great price with a friendly owner who was very easy to do business with.

Our family stayed the first week of February and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. After a long dat at the parks it was so nice to come back "home" to relax and rejuvinate for the next day. Internet did not function one day, we called and it was fixed within one hour. Great service, great home, would stay again...

Castle away from home!

We stayed in this absolutely gorgeous home for 2 weeks while enjoying our family vacation. We had a group of 12 ranging in ages from 3 months to 71 years, and this home provided plenty of space to gather together yet also enough bedrooms for all to retreat to tranquility when needed. The furniture is high quality and very comfortable, and having a tv in every bedroom (along with all the bathrooms) made it easy for all to relax and unwind. The 4 year old was thrilled to have the "pink room" - it made her feel just like a princess. The pool was warm enough for the 2 infants to enjoy as well as everyone else, and we splashed in it sometimes more than once a day! Great way to chill after taking in the parks all day. Proximity to the parks was no more than 15 minutes drive. We also liked that the house was just off the main road so the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet it was only about 3 blocks close to shopping (Walmart), restaurants, and Medieval Times (where we cheered for our Knight). The game room also came in handy on those late nights and the one morning that it rained a bit. Nancy made the rental process easy and was able to answer many questions. Would recommend this home to everyone whether you have a large group or not. Great home, great value, great magical memories!!!

My family loved the house, the game room was a home run with the kids. We had a great time until our last nite when the pool cleaning team showed up to clean the pool. We didnt receive no notice pry that the pool had to be clean that day so we had made plans to use the pool our last nite that was very disappointed to the little ones. Other than asking for pry notice of service that have to be conducted I would recommend this house to others.

The house and condition is just as impressive as the photos! The house is very open and was perfect for my group of 9 (we didn't even use 2 of the bedrooms). The only knock against the stay is that a fuse related to the hot water heater broke during our stay so we only had hot water 1 day out of our 4 night stay. Upon discovery of not having hot water, we contacted the property manager and they sent a repair guy to fix it the next morning. We then had scolding hot water for one day, but later that night the “fix” must not have worked so it was back to cold water showers. We contacted the property manager and owners again and they sent another repair guy out which said that a blown fuse was the cause and it would take another day to purchase/order the new fuse. I’m sure this was just a case of bad luck, as the property manager and owners were very responsive to this issue and the owners refunded a portion of the rental fee due to the lack of hot water. I highly recommend renting this house and will do so again if I visit Orlando with a large group. Rent with confidence!

Best Home We've Ever Rented in Orlando
Review Submitted December 15, 2011 Date of Stay November 9, 2011 I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We have made many a trips to Orlando and this was the nicest place we have ever stayed in general and based on value for your money. Home is in a nice neighborhood within a very short drive to the main attractions (10min to Disney, 15min to Universal). Off the main highways far enough to have quiet, but close enough so you have ready access to large grocery stores and numerous restaurants. Home was beautifully decorated and furniture and beds are all very new (couple months old?). A nice change from other homes that list pictures from 10+ yrs ago and you a end up with out-dated decor and a worn down house. Definitely not the case here! Kids enjoyed the pool and the playroom. I thought they would be all over the air hockey table and the pool table, but they actually loved the ping pong table and the dartboard. The adults enjoyed that the playroom (converted garage) had a couple doors you could close to greatly reduce any noise disturbance to the people relaxing in the rest of the house. Kitchen was nice. Only word of advice is when we ran the dishwasher it was very loud, so just run it before you go to bed or when you are not trying to watch tv in the living room. Bedrooms everywhere! Almost every bedroom felt like it was a master suite, a tv and bathroom for everyone. When we asked the kids what they enjoyed the most about the trip, the first thing out of their mouths was how awesome the house was. The youngest girl felt more like a princess in her queen bed with private bath and tv, than she did at Disney. Not having to sleep in the same room with her older brother alone was enought to put a smile on her face. We had the pool heated. Like many houses it was not bath water, but it was a comfortable temperature. Having a private pool is a bonus since we did long days at the parks, we could either take a quick dip in the morning or upon our return without worrying if the pool would be open (if stay at a hotel). I hestitate to tell others how nice this home is, as it could impact our chnaces of renting it again in th future. However, the people we rented from were very nice and easy to work with, and others deserve the chance to have as great a stay as we did. Rating:

We had a great stay during Thanksgiving week. Our group of 10 - us, 4 children, 2 spouses, 2 toddler grandchildren and husband's parents - had plenty of room to be together - or not! - during the week. The house is nicely decorated - everything was new, very clean and the beds were comfortable! Everyone enjoyed the game room and the heated pool. Super location - 15 minutes to be parked at Disney, about 25 min to Universal and walking distance to the super Walmart (where they have a large Disney souvenir section and also sell Disney passes if you don't already have them and want to avoid the line at the park). There is also a nice Publix grocery store just a few miles away. Most any restaurant within a few miles. Wireless internet worked great. We even had a surprise visit from a pair of Sandhill Cranes! They came right into the front yard - "talked" to us and posed for pictures! Amazing & beautiful! I would recommend this property - it's hard to please a large group, but everyone in my family told me I'd done a great job in finding this house. We'd stay here again!

Beautiful house, wonderful neighborhood, close to Disney and universal. I will stay again next year.
We had a blast, home was beautiful, will definately stay there again next year.
It was a great location and neighborhood. There was a Walmart at the end of the road for all your necessitities. Close to the Disney parks, Old Town, and the softball fields for the world tournament. The house was emaculate and everything is brand new and we felt very comfortable in the home. When we got there we needed more chairs for the pool area and they brought them the next morning brand new with the paper still on them. That is great service!!! I would recommend this home to anyone that is interested in staying in the Disney area and just far enough away to stay away from the Disney traffic!!!

The home was very nice and would recommend for family vacation. Easy to find, with a Walmart right up the street. Nice quiet neighborhood setting. Kids loved the pool and the play room. Bedrooms were very spacious which made our stay very comfortable. Nice televisions in all rooms. Advised of problem with one bath and it was fixed immediately. Great experience.

We loved the home! We rented it for our Disney vacation. Our 4 kids each got their own room (with a flat screen TV). They played Wii, ping pong, pool, air hockey, and swam in the pool outside. The house was nicely decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. Everything was very new. The beds were very comfortable. The Wal-Mart was only a 2 minute drive away. Disney was about a 15 minute drive, with light traffic. We liked being able to get away from the crowds after a very fun & tiring day at the parks. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was large and very clean. Perfect for a family or a couple of families to share. There is lots to do just in the house itself with a pool table and air hockey in the garage/game room. The owners and property manager were friendly and readily accessible if you need them. The pool was clean and refreshing for evening dips! Kitchen was large and made cooking with several people easy. I would recommend this property all the way, and my family and I will definitely be returning soon!!!
