Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental
This beautiful 5 bedroom and 4 bath home will easily accommodate up to 10 guests. New mattresses and bedding. Our villa has two beautifully furnished Master suites with two king beds, cable TV's, en suite bathrooms and direct access to the pool area that provides a relaxing base for your vacation. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with cable TV and a bathroom located next to it. The fourth and fifth bedrooms both have 2 twin beds and cable TVs in each bedroom. One of these bedrooms also has a full size crib. Between the 4th & 5th bedrooms is another bathroom. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan.
There is a large lounge/living room with ample comfy seating for all of your guests, cable TV & DVD player. With vaulted ceiling, the large living room also has ceiling fans.
The large, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to feel at home: a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster,cookware, plates, glasses and silverware, etc. There is also seating in the dining room and breakfast area. There is a well-equipped laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use, complete with an ironing board and iron.
When you are relaxing in the villa, the sparkling pool is the perfect place to enjoy the Florida sunshine. The pool is gas heated with lighting so that you and your family can enjoy splashing around whatever time of year or time of day you come to stay. Our home also provides a grilling area with a gazebo and a grill for
your use during your stay.
For additional fun, we also have a game room in the large double garage. The game room has a newly refinished pool table with new pool table accessories, air hockey table, foosball table, new electronic dartboard, tennis rackets, basketball, xbox 360, xbox games and a double sized futon.
There is free wireless internet access.
All towels, pool towels and linens are provided.
For your convenience there is a full size crib, a crib/play yard, high chair, one full size compact stroller and umbrella strollers as well as some toys, all for your use. We also have a grilling gazebo with a grill for your use. There is also a safe provided to use for your valuables during your stay.
This is strictly a no smoking and no pet home.
There is a playground right out back of the villa and there is also a tennis court, basketball court and putting green conveniently located right near the villa.
Area Information
Universal Studios, Universal’s Islands of Adventures (home of the new Wizarding World of Harry Potter) and City Walk are a 25 min drive and Sea World 20 min drive. We are within 2 minutes of Formosa Shopping Center which is your destination for all the comforts of home. This includes a large supermarket for all your shopping needs, stores, and many popular restaurants. Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Giordano's Chicago Pizza restaurant, Carrabba's Italian, Buffalo Wild Wings, Miller Ale House, Fridays, Ponderosa, Houlihans, Bahama Breeze, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell and Cracker Barrel just to name a few.
For the golfing enthusiast, there is fabulous golf courses minutes away. Shingle Creek Golf Club, Orange Lake Resort, Celebration Golf Club, Falcons Fire Golf Club, Disney Golf (Lake Buena Vista Golf Course), Disney Golf (Osprey Ridge Golf Course), Champions Gate Golf Club (International & National), Highland Reserve Golf course & Waldorf Astoria Golf Club just to name a few.
If you drive east for around an hour you will find the Kennedy Space Center and the wonderful Atlantic coast beaches of Daytona and Cocoa. Head out West and you can find Busch Gardens and the warm waters of the Gulf Coast. The brand new Lego land in Winter Haven is approximately 1 hour south on RT 27.
For keen shoppers, we are ideally placed for Outlet Malls, factory stores, the magnificent Florida Mall and the brand new Mall of Millenia, all easily accessible.
Orlando International airport is approximately 20 minutes away.. A car is essential to enjoy all attractions in the area at your leisure.

my family and I had a excellent time staying at your villa. The place was spotless and gorgeous! We had a problem with the dvr and the toaster didn't work so we called your management team and they came right over and replaced the toaster and fixed the dvr. Your management team was wonderful,friendly and very helpful! Unfortunately the weather wasn't too good when we were there but your place offered so much to do without even venturing out. We all felt very much at home there. The beds and living room furniture was extremely comfortable. When we go back to Florida, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. We absolutely loved the place and the area! Thank you so much. You all were fantastic:)

Family vacation

Family Vacation Our family ( 6 adults and 1 child) stayed at this villa from April 12th to April 19th, 2013. The villa was perfect. Lots of space, very confortable and clean. The appliances and BBQ were new. We enjoyed the pool and used it every day. The attraction parks were close (did not have to use the toll highways) and easy to get to. There are lots of good restaurants and shopping close by. When we return to Florida we will rent this villa again. Thank you Denis Dagenais

Fantastic Home Away From Home!

This was our very first family vacation, and it could not have been better! The villa was amazing - super clean and had all the conveniences of home away from home. The kids had a blast between the pool and the game room, and just in general running around with all the space available! Our days of rest at the house were just as much fun as our days at the parks! The short drive between the parks and the villa was perfect! The convenience of having a full kitchen, multiple bedrooms and onsite laundry far surpasses the convenience of staying at the parks. We are already planning another trip in a few years and would LOVE to return! Thank you!!!

We were very impressed with the villa.It was very clean,very quite and lots of room. We have been coming to the disney area almost every year for the past 15 years stayed in hotels and other houses and by far this was the best. I would absolutely give this villa a 5star. It was very direct and close to the theme parks. It was a pleasure going to the parks,staying late knowing you were only 10 to 15 minutes from the house. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. We are already planning for our next vacation. Thank you so much for everything and making our vacation a memorable one.

We loved the house. LOTS of space and very clean. (I'm pretty picky and it passed my inspection) It's the last house before a cove, which means you only have one house on the side, which makes it a bit quieter. It was nice to visit the parks and be home within 10 - 15 mins. There are tons of places to eat and shop on the way. We always rent a house when we vacation and this was one of the nicest.

We loved Osprey Villa! It's so nice to not have to cram 6 people into a hotel suite or book 2 rooms! If we weren't in the parks, we were enjoying the swimming pool or game room! Loved being able to do laundry daily. Great location ~ close to Disney and tons of stores and restaurants! Fun Mickey decor in the twin bedrooms. Highly recommend to anyone planning a vacation in the area!

We stay in this spectacular VILLA from july 24th until august 3rd and it was our best vacation with our family. The villa is making you feel like home everything you need is there in order to make your vacation one of the best. Very clean and spacious. The kids will love the game room and the Mickey room. WOW!! My family was so pleased with this villa, they are ready to book the next vacation for next year. We have stayed at many properties & this one by far was the best. There was not one thing I would change about this place. It was clean & quiet & lots of comfort. The Best Vacation Villa I've Stayed In Thus Far!

Being the owner of a timeshare, I've stayed in some pretty nice places but none compare space wise to accommodate my family (with the grandchildren). I couldn't keep them out of the pool, game room or off the basketball court! I've even enjoyed swinging in the swings in the playground! Even when I had to call about the tv/cable issue, someone was there immediately to fix the problem. I have found our new yearly vacation spot, because we don't have to visit the theme parks everyday and there's still plenty to do. I'm planning on returning next June after school let's out. Love the space, Love the amenities, Love the service! No regrets except that I spent too much money at the theme parks. I asked my children if they had anything they wanted me to write about how you could improve your service and after several minutes of thought, they couldn't think of anything. That was surprising because they complain about everything. Thanks Guys! Keep doing what you're doing!

Great Place, Great Location, Great Price

This place has it all..when we first arrived we could not believe how beautiful and spacious this house was. We had ten people and we were very comfortable.This house has everything you need.With the livingroom in the center of the house it was easy to mingle..or retreat to your room (I could not believe how quitet it was when you shut the door). It was nice being so close to all the attractions..especially at the end of the day when you just want to relax...and enjoy the awesome pool,and games in the game room (we had 8 kids with us).. All the stores and resturants are maybe 5 mins away(if that)which made it that much easier..We really loved this place and we cant wait to go back.. thanks for a great vacation.. The Glebas

We will definetly stay at this Villa again! We stayed during Easter week and the location saved us lots of time traveling to Disney and Sea World. (Minutes away) The central location also allowed us to comfortably travel to Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach as well as catch a sunset at Clearwater Beach. The house was perfect for our whole family. We have 5 children (Ages 10, 8, 6, 2, 2). We really enjoyed all the space the Villa had to offer. The Kids spent as much time in the Game Room as they did outside in the Pool. The Villa is super clean, well mainained, and we loved the nieghborhood. The Park right out the back is a huge bonus. The Owners were a pleasure to work with and they gave us lots of great tips. We cant wait to go back!

A great, comfortable home away from home

My family and I stayed at this wonderful villa in February and I can't say enough great things about it. Upon our arrival, everything was very clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen offered all of the convienences of home and there was plenty of seating for all of us during meal times. We had experienced some issues with the television, and a box needing reset for the phone and pool heat but the owners, Nora and Jeff were very courteous to our needs and didn't waste anytime getting those issues resolved. The whole booking process was fast and easy and again, the owners were wonderful to work with. I'm sure my family will be staying here again in the near future and I hope yours will too. :)

We visit Orlando twice a year, and this villa was by far one of the best villa's that me and my family have stayed in. I can not say enough good things about it. It was just spectacular. The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated (as a matter of fact, the whole house was). The living room was amazing because finally there was enough space on the sofa for many of us to sit. The game room was very enjoyable for me and my family, as we all love billiards and Foosball. The kids enjoyed playing games on the Xbox. The patio/pool was enjoyable as well, as again, there was enough furniture for everyone. The most awesome thing was that the Osprey villa was just minutes from Disney, restaurants, shopping, etc. Oh and I can't forget the management of the villa. He was courteous and very helpful. Anyone staying in this villa will enjoy all of the amenities including wireless internet, if need be, and so much more. Everything that you need is right there!!!!! Just Awesome!!!!
