Highly furnished and well stocked to extreme high standard beddings and flat screened TV’s along with DVD. Games area is well stocked along with a pool table, table football, and electronic dart board and air hockey.

Prestigious secured and fully gated Emerald Islands Resorts which is close to the shops and finest restaurants and it’s very close to the residential communities for Disney World ( about 3miles short distance ) .

Our guests have easy access to the club house that offers heat community pool & a hot tub , gymnasium, tikki hut , games room , sauna and a cyber café . Tennis court , Kids playing area , nature trails , volley ball and everything which area has to feature .

Deposits: Payment Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days only. A deposit of 10% (nonrefundable) of the rental cost is required to secure the booking. The balance of the rental charge (90%) is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival dates. Security Deposit Amount Required: $400

Other Fees: One Time Cleaning Fee: $140 , Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be in writing by the party leader. In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply: - loss of 10% deposit; 4weeks prior to rental period , loss of half the rental cost less than 3 weeks prior to rental period, the total loss of rental cost. If we can get a replacement booking for your rental period 50% of total cost will be returned. Alteration charges up to £30 (US$50).
