Home is fully air conditioned and completely non smoking. Furnished 8bedrooms and 5baths luxurious home is perfectly located in enclave area. There are two king sized master suites, two king sized bedrooms, one queen sized bedroom and 8 twin beds in 3 twin rooms plus 2 convenient roll-away beds for flexible location. Well maintained 40”x23” pool area. First class linens and towel are available. Access to free wire less internet services and phone calls with in US.Baby crib is also available in the home. Full screen LCD TV’s in family area and TV provided in all bedrooms. Spacious yet inviting Family area. Well stocked kitchen. There is washer/dryer available for our guests’ convenience. Near by several golf courses and great shopping complexes.

Area Information

Emerald Island is built around a wooded area with a walking/jogging/biking trail. Shuttle services are available to the attractions. There is a large clubhouse with a heated community pool and spa, sauna, fitness centre, clubroom, video games room and computer room with Internet access. Facilities also include an outdoor play area for children, tennis courts and a Tikki Hut. Our house is located two minutes away from Formosa Gardens Plaza which has a large supermarket and several shops and restaurants. For sports enthusiasts, there are several highly regarded golf courses within a very short drive. In addition to Disney World, attractions such as Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are easily accessed via the I-4 junction just minutes away from the house. Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa Beach and Busch Gardens are only about an hour's drive away.

Golf: Golf: For any golfers in your party the fabulous Mystic Dunes Golf Club is just a few minutes away. Heavenly Perfect

This house was better than I could have ever expected. We had 18 people and enough space for more if we needed. Everyone thouroughly enjoyed theirselves and not a single person had a complaint. The owners were so kind and prompt with any questions I had, it was a great experience all around. I've stayed in Emerald Island for the past 3yrs around this same time and I can honestly say this was by far my favorite house to stay in. We will definitely be in touch next year. The price was fair and I was a little late getting the reservation in but Lili was understanding and worked with me on the deadline for the remainder of the balance. Check in and Check out times were negotiable upon request under certain circumstances. The house, the owners, the accomodations, the electronics, and everything you can imagine about this place will suprisingly exceed your expectations. Thank you so much for a memorable vacation and wonderful time. Your honesty and genuine concern were greatly appreciated. I just can't seem to thank you enough. Looking forward to next year. GREAT HOME

Great home with lots of space for everyone, exactly as advertised.There were 20 persons in total and we all were comfortable.We were dissapointed that the pool was not working during our stay.Also there were not enough kitchen utensils large pots ,bowls ect to accomadate persons. The home owner had great customer service and can be contacted at any time with out a hassel.

The heavy rain all week affected the pool water but we already had professional service done to it as soon as we heard you message. The water is now very clear and pool perfect to use. the guests after you are enjoying it and very happy. thanks for brining our attention to the missing kitchen utensils. We will restock the kitchen with more large pots and pans and more utensils end of this week as well as for all our other villas to make sure guests have enough cooking ware for their large groups.

Best Vacation Ever

If you are looking for a neat, clean, and enjoyable place to go, this is the place. You can not beat this place. The pool was perfect for the grandchildren, the resort pool was within walking distance but we spent most of the time at the house pool. There were 16 of us and we had plenty of room. The facilities can be summed up by the statement our grandchildren made at the end of the week. "This was the greatest vacation we ever had" The next time we go to Florida we will definitely rent here again.

Excellent Villa in gorgeous resort

The resort was fabulous, very comforting with 24hr gated security. The owners did a fantastic job renovating this wonderful home, it was beautifully decorated, clean with plenty of space and tons of bedrooms. The themed bedrooms were an added bonus for the kids!! We all enjoyed the pool and spa daily, the kids had a blast in the game room and our 8 year old bowled his first 300 on the Wii bowling!! Disney was only minutes away, shopping, groceries and restaurants were right around the corner. We celebrated our daughters 5th birthday at the house, certainly a birthday we will all never forget! The owner was very accommodating and always easy to contact. We would definitely recommend this home to everyone. Thank you for a great family vacation we will most definitely return!
