Ideally located in the quiet and prestigious Indian Creek community, our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom air-conditioned villa offers exceptionally high quality accommodation.

As an ex-show home, all rooms have been decorated by a professional interior design company and there is even a dinosaur themed bedroom for the children. There is also a very large, custom-built, fully-screened 33ft x 13ft 6ins pool and spa with extended decking, so that you will have plenty of room for sunbathing, alfresco dining and total relaxation.

This select development also offers a children's play area, along with basketball and tennis courts for the more energetic. From the moment you enter our villa you will be certain that your stay in the "Sunshine State" will be a memorable one.

A local management company take care of our villa and are available by telephone 24 hours a day if needed.

For the comfort of all guests to our villa we do operate a strict "no smoking" policy.

.The main living area is tastefully furnished to a high standard and provides comfortable seating overlooking and allowing access to the pool area.

There is a 32inch television plus VCR/DVD/CD player together with a selection of DVDs. A built in radio system also provides music throughout the villa.

We have also recently added high speed internet access free of charge for our guests so don't forget your laptop and ethernet cable

In the dining area there is seating for six plus an additional four can be seated in the kitchen nook.

A fully equipped 'gourmet' kitchen provides everything you will need for your vacation.

There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer together with an iron and ironing board for your use.

This year for the first time we are able to offer unlimited International and local telephone calls

The luxury master suite with its king size bed and en suite bathroom has a walk in shower and bath tub plus separate toilet. There is access directly to the pool area from the bathroom. This room also comes equipped with a television and VCR/DVD.

The dinosaur themed children's room has twin beds and a large closet. It shares access to a bathroom, shower and toilet with the twin bedded fourth bedroom. It also has a television and VCR/DVD player plus a playstation 2 to help keep your children amused, should you find they need to be after your days out!

The second bedroom suite has a new queen sized bed and access to an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet.

There are hairdryers in all 4 bedrooms for your convenience.

For those extra guests, there are 2 roll-a-way beds that can be used; the villa can therefore accommodate up to 10 people.

A swimming pool is a very important feature of any rental home in the sunshine state of Florida. Our villa has a spacious, fully screened extended deck and a custom built 33ft x 13ft 6ins swimming pool with spa.

The deck area is equipped with luxury patio furniture for alfresco dining and those lazy days around the pool.

The rear of the villa is not overlooked and, for added privacy, has been professionally landscaped with tropical plants and hedges. As you enjoy your evening drinks and swim, the setting sun and subtle outdoor lighting will show the garden in its full glory.

If required the pool can be heated in the winter months

There are child safety features for the protection of small children who should never in any event be left unattended near the swimming pool.

Indian Creek is wonderfully situated just off Highway 192 (marker 4/5) at Formosa Gardens and is within easy reach of interstate 4.

Tourist information, a walk in medical centre, restaurants and a supermarket are only a short distance away at the Formosa Gardens Shopping Plaza with many more shops and restaurants along the 192.

The Disney World Theme Parks entrance is just a 5 minute drive away whilst other attractions including Seaworld, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet and Wild and many more are about a 15 - 20 minute drive away.

The spectacular Kennedy Space Centre is just 1 hour away with the Gulf Coast beaches approximately 2 hours drive.
