Great experience at a great house

The house was better than we expected, which was hard to beat. The beds were very big and comfy. The house was clean along with the pool. Te neighborhood was quite and perfect for a family with kids that want to run around. Next time we are in Florida we will definitely be renting this house once again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this great property. Everything was just as it looked on the website. It was very convenient to all the attractions. I highly recommend this home for anyone. We we were a group of four couples and it worked fine for us, though It would be best for two families to share. There was plenty of room and it was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out under the lanai - no bugs! The pool was even warm enough without the heat. All in all, a great week.

Great Three Week Vacation.

We stayed in a house on Solana Circle in the Solana Resort for 3 weeks. The house was beautifully decorated, clean to the extreme, and very well equipped. It was even more than we expected. The gated resort was immaculate, as was the clubhouse, pool, and Tiki bar. This is an ideal place to stay if you are visiting Disney. We would definitely recommend this house and the Solana Resort.

Excellent Villa!

Our month at the villa was a great vacation. The villa was very well equipped, and spotless when we arrived. The facilities both at the villa and at the Solana clubhouse were all first class! We especially appreciated being in the gated Resort community with full time gatehouse staff - it gave us assurance of good security. We had some of our family visiting for part of our stay and the villa layout was ideal for accommodating two families at the same time. We also appreciated the convenient location, close to a variety of services but away from tourist traffic. Our dealings with the owner, property manager and at the clubhouse were always attended to promptly, and requests or any other matters were handled and in a very satisfactory way. This is a great place to stay!

The house was very clean like the pictures. We were very pleased and would rent this home again. There was plenty of space and bedrooms. We could of brought in laws or another family with kids along and not been in each others way too much. It was about 20 min from Disney and 2 hrs from Siesta Key beach! We were nervous to rent a house without seeing it but as soon as we pulled into the neighborhood and walked inside the home our fears went away! The only negative would be that the jets from the spa made the spa drain when you turned it on. So we weren't able to use the spa. I called the management but no one ever fixed it. It was okay though because the pool was plenty warm and the kids used it everyday! Also the neighbors pool was really close so it was kind of awkward when they were swimming right next to us.

Fantastic Vacation and Location!!

The house was just what we needed and had everything that we needed. It accommodated all 7 of us with room to spare. The location was only minutes from all that we did including Disney, Seaworld and Discovery Cove. We found the shopping in the area adequate and the outlet malls were within a short drive. We will look at renting this house again. The owner was great to deal with and very accommodating. thank you for making our stay in Florida a great one!!!!

We stayed at the Solana Resort for our vacation. It was fabulous!! The house was everything we expected and more. It was spacious, well equipped and very clean!! We would definitely recommend this house! Only 9 miles from the Disney exit. Very convenient without the hassle of downtown Orlando traffic.

Super Clean, Nice Clubhouse, and a great owner

The owner and the management team were super responsive to any questions or requests before and during our stay. The gated neighborhood was a plus and the clubhouse with pool and Tiki bar were an added bonus. We actually purchased our Disney Tix at the clubhouse and avoided the lines at Disney. The home was great, but the owner and property management helped make this an easy relaxing vacation for us.
