Newly decorated and fully comfortable villa , close to Disney is perfectly located in the Chatham Park , enjoy the large living area , family area and dining area which over looks the well maintained pool along with spacious covered lanai . The one storey villa close to Disney is situated in the Chatham Park, security community. Comfortably sleeps six guests, and has there nicely decorated bedrooms and 2baths with good quality towels, linens and a hair dryer available. Experience having private screened en-closed swimming pool. Large master sized bedroom suite has King sized bed, bath en-suite. Other furnished bedroom offers full sized bed and third bedroom which has 2 twin beddings.

Enjoy preparing delicious meals in well stocked kitchen that includes all required cooking utensils, along with full sized modern appliances like refrigerator along with ice maker, microwave oven, electric tea-kettle and coffee pot.

The Chatham Park is just 20minutes short drive from Orlando Airport, down the 417 & is conveniently located at half miles off the Route 192 and the Mile Maker, about 13. The Route 192 features endless variety of finest restaurants which includes Ruby Tuesday, Outback and the TGI Fridays.
Guests will also enjoy the factory outlets stores and shopping till they drop ‘in finest malls . Visit the miscellaneous and groceries stores; try the New Wal Mart Super Center and the Super Target . Something special for the children like lay land with McDonalds at corner, and the Old Town that features go carting and ferries wheel rides

house on chattham circle

we were very pleased with the location and the comfor of the house it seemed very clean the only disturbance was 2 dead roaches. thank you for your help finding the house.
