Wonderful vacation home

We were a group of 4 couples who stayed here for 10 days. The house make our trip. It was located in a beautiful gated community, close to everything one could want. The house itself had all you could ever want, everything from the grounds to the decorating was A 1. I would certainly recommend this home to anyone.

We stayed at this villa for one week to hit all the Disney parks. We had 8 adults and 5 children. We had plenty of room.... Didn't even use all the bedrooms. Beds were very comfy with high end sheets and blankets. Nice fluffy towels and large beach towels for the pool were great. Super close to Disney theme parks, shopping and restaurants. Game room and pool area were wonderful. If you are considering this villa ....I would highly recommend it. Very clean and newly decorated. We are planning on returning here again next year. Thanks Maggie....you were wonderful.

Perfect Location for Disney Area

This house was perfect for 4 family house sharing. Our group was down for a baseball tournament at the Disney Wide World of Sports. The Disney area was very close and easily accessible from this rental. The resort has 24 hour gated security. Entire area beautifully landscaped and clean. The layout of the rental made it easy to house share with other families as each family had a bathroom within the cluster of rooms. Adequately furnished - not too busy. Very spacious rooms, all furnishings and electronics brand new, flat screen tv's. Pleasantly surprised by the higher end washer and dryer. The grill is as seen in the pictures. The patio, pool and hot tub clean, water clean/clear. The age or our kids ranged from 9 years to 13 years. There were a lot at this rental to keep them busy. We brought a couple of gaming systems, but they spent a lot of time in the pool, in the grassy area behind the house and in the game room. Believe it or not, the parents were able to relax despite a house full of boys! Even with additional guests over for dinner, there was plenty of room for everyone – no one bumping into each other. Loved it!!! The rental was updated in July 2012. These pictures are not current and do not do justice for this rental.
