Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental
Beautiful, fully air conditioned home was primarily selected because of its stunning lakeside setting. Set in a prime, much sought after area, on the edge of a beautiful private lake with fish, birds, and other wildlife. Enjoy the fantastic sunsets over the lake while relaxing in the pool. Eagle Point is a quiet and safe residential area yet only minutes away from the shops and restaurants and less than 8 miles to the entrance of Disney! The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and breakfast nook. For your enjoyment, we've converted our 2 car garage into a games room with a pool table, ping pong table, and foosball table. Many other amenities include washer/dryer, free use of internet, free long distance and international calls, Italian ceramic tiles in the living areas (except the bedrooms). Brand new 42' flatscreen LCD TV in living room.
Most of all, enjoy the peace and tranquility of the lake and wildlife from the living room or poolside.
Pool heat is an extra $15/day and there is a $75 cleaning fee for stays under 5 nights.

The villa is located less than 8 miles to Disney World and very close to many restaurants, supermarkets, department stores, outlet stores, golf courses, and the many attractions that the Orlando area has to offer including Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, etc.

Beautiful villa

This was our first time renting a vacation home and we were very pleased with this villa. Very clean and spacious. The heated pool was great for the kids and ourselves. I would recommend this villa to my family and friends any day!
