This pool home lies in the beautiful resort community of Terra Verde Resort ideally located on Disney's doorstep and only minutes away from some of the best restaurants and shops. The last but not the least, we just finished renovation with new furniture and new bedding!
With 2800 square feet space, the villa is large enough to sleep up to 16 guests in luxurious comfort: forest view pool with hot spa, game room, fully-equipped kitchen, free high speed internet, free unlimited international calls to 29 countries and regions, LCD TV with Blu-ray player and Play Station 3 in the living room, Free netflix and amazon instant video, LCD TV and DVD in every bedroom. This spacious house also offers the resort amenities you have been looking for. Resort club house offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying with us: sundry shop, fitness center, large communal pool, games area, cyber cafe, children's playground, volley ball court, and sunning Beach.

The villa accommodates 14-16 people. The ground floor features the formal lounge area with comfortable seating with adjacent dining room with large table plus 6 chairs.
The family room has comfortable leather sofas, Flat screen LCD TV, DVD player and PS3. The family room leads out to and overlooks the extra large deck area with pool and spa, with child safety gate surrounded by an extended deck and lanai area with patio tables, chairs and comfortable loungers.
Just off the family room is the utility room which has washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. All linens and towels are provided for your use. Adjacent is the half bathroom with vanity and toilet and also the games room area with pool table, air hockey and soccer table.
The large central kitchen with center island is fully equipped with refrigerator, fridge, freezer with ice maker, range, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, all cookware utensils, all crockery, cutlery and glassware. The adjacent breakfast area has table and chairs.
Also on the ground floor is the first of the two master suites with king size bed , large walk in closet, 32'LCD TV, DVD player. The en suite bathroom with vanity, large corner tub, shower stall, separate toilet.
On the second floor is the second master suite with King bed, walk in closet, 32'LCD TV and DVD player. The en suite bathroom has bath / shower and toilet.
The third bedroom features a King size bed with closet, 24'LCD TV and DVD player, Close by is the third full bathroom with bath / shower, vanity and toilet.
Bedroom four and five are equipped with queen-size beds, 24'LCD TVs, DVD players and ample closet space bedrooms six and seven are both twin bedded rooms both with 24'LCD TV's, the fourth full bathroom with bath / shower, vanity and toilet is shared.
