Seasons Palace is perfectly located on the exclusive Seasons community. Situated just minutes away from the fun and excitement of the main strip that runs alongside Disney (the famous 192) you will be able to enjoy the delights of some of the best restaurants and shops in central Florida while getting to the parks and attractions faster than ever!

With 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this elegant and spacious vacation home is perfect for family groups, licenced to sleep up to 16 guests. The first/ground floor of the Villa is wheelchair accessible.The spacious kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could possibly want to prepare a family feast or a quick snack. Let the family eat together at our separate dining area, or choose to snack at the breakfast bar in the kitchen.

A dining area is also provided for those special meals... Enjoy the Floridian sunshine as you have fun together in our sparkling, crystal clear pool (the pool can be optionally heated).

The pool deck is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms. Dining by the pool under the stars will make your stay a truly special time!

This luxury home has a spacious family room overlooking the pool. Perfect for relaxing in together during the day or evening, with cooling ceiling fan, luxurious furnishings, sumptuous sofas, a large-screen smart TV so your family can enjoy the evenings together as you can watch your favorite tv programs including most sport channels. There's also a separate lounge area providing extra space, and the perfect place for the kids to play - or for that peaceful haven to get away from it all. Moreover, a game room equipped with billiard and Ping-Pong combo, air hockey and foosball for both adults and kids.

Area Information

With only less than 5.5 miles distance to Disney main gate and 1-5 minutes to shopping malls, our villa is perfectly suitable for visiting all area attractions: Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, Wet 'n Wild water park; a number of large shopping malls and designer outlet stores in the vicinity for great shopping adventures; many dinner theaters, as well as all types of restaurants for your dining pleasure.

Close to Super Walmart and Super Target, local restaurants include: Red Lobster, Outback, Carrabbas, Longhorn, Olive Garden, Chili's, Apple B's, TGIFridays, Pizza Hut, Dunkin Doughnuts, Golden Corral, Perkins, Cracker Barrel, McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, Chick Filet, and many others; shopping; live entertainment; flea markets; hot air balloon rides; helicopter rides; and so much more! Despite its proximity to Disney, it is a quiet rural setting. There is a nature reserve about 5 miles away.

The unique area has rolling hills and scenic landscapes where visitors can swim, hike, bird-watch, picnic, fish, canoe or take part in the nature study events offered. A huge range of golf courses are within an easy drive to suite all abilities and pockets, including the world famous Champion Gate courses designed by Greg Norman. The Gulf Coast is only an hour or so away to the west, with the perfect white sandy beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg. This side of Florida is also the home of Busch Gardens, a park blending the latest rides with a variety of wild animals. To the east it is an easy journey to destinations such as Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Center.

we had some problems that the owner Jane ended up fixing for us i would highly recommend this house to all but would also say to ask about who the property manager is if it is marcel do not trust him as he is not trustworthy though jane corrected all issues it was something that should not have come about (not her fault) house is great with many updates done and seems to be more getting done (when she finds the right property manager that will do them) as a side note there is only 1 king bed and 4 queen and a room with 2 twin still worked for us the new pool heater that was installed during our stay seems to work very well if anyone at all has any direct questions feel free to ask and i would end this with a very big thank you to Jane for going the extra mile in the end

Thanks for your comment. Hope everything is going well. As for the house, we keep upgrading it according to the rental market. We have purchased a king bedroom set to replace an old queen bed so it will fit more guests. We turned the living room into a kid room which is quite popular for a family at the main floor. We are planning more for this house... For the property management, we are working hard to improve our services and possibly looking for better property management. Thanks a lot for choosing our villa and good luck in your appliance business.
