Our vacation villa that is located in the quiet community of Indian Creek. It is professionally managed by Linda and Don of the Core Property Team, well respected for good presentation and good and spotless housekeeping. The
Villa has been newly renovated and is used mainly by freinds of the family and it just the perfect place to relax and use the enlarge pool deck or spa. Our Villa offers all the comforts of home from home and is lage enough for 2 families to stay togther without falling over each other. We are centerualy located with Disney on our door step (3 miles away) and the other Parks such as SeaWorld and Universal about 5 miles away - Disney is in fact close enough for you to return back to the Villa at lunch time for a dip and then go back to the park and carrying from where you left off - as we say just bring yourslef and leave the cases behind and just enjoy

This beautiful 5 bedroom and 4 bath home will easily accommodate up to 12 guests. The Villa has two beautifully furnished King size Master bedroom with en-suites bathrooms , Flat screen cable TV's, with direct access to the pool area. A Queen bedroom is the third bedroom cable TV and a bathroom located next to it. The fourth and fifth bedrooms both have 2 twin beds both with cable TVs in each. These share a full bathroom.

There is a large lounge/living room with ample comfy seating for all of your guests, with a large flat acreen TV cable TV & DVD player. With vaulted ceiling, with access to the over size pool deck (which has sun all day long) and Lanai

The new and very large fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to feel at home: a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, plates, glasses and silverware, etc. We have two dining areas one is the formal dining area and then there is the kitchen nook area Within the utility area we have a washing machine and dryer well-equipped for any occasion for your use and comes complete with an ironing board and iron.

There is free acces to the wi fi internet access.which you can access even on the pool deack and the Villa comes with full towel (including pool towels) and a full aacomplement of bed linning is provided. Hairdryers are also located within the bathrooms.

We said that you can relax in the pool area while having a reat from a Disney Park as the beutiful waters of the swimming pool is the perfect place to enjoy. You can chose to have the pool water heated or not and the pool light makes a perfect setting for that late evening chill-out from the days events whatever time of year it is

Our games room is to die for and comes with it's own flat screen TV and recorder and comes with such games as pool table , air hockey table, foosball table, tennis rackets, the only problem you may have is getting everyone to leave the room when you wants to go out - it's that good.

For your convenience there is a full size crib, a crib/play pen, high chair, one full size compact stroller and two umbrella strollers as well as some toys, all for your use. There is also a safe provided to use for your valuables during your stay.

This is strictly a no smoking and no pet home.

There is a playground right out back of the villa and there is also a tennis court, basketball court and putting green conveniently located right near the villa.

Our Home is located in the Indian Creek Community located right off of Highway 192. The Indian Creek community is one of the closest communities to the Walt Disney World Resort. Disney is a 8 min drive to the front gates. This includes Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom and Disney’s two Water parks.

Universal Studios, Universal’s Islands of Adventures (home of the new Wizarding World of Harry Potter) and City Walk are a 25 min drive and Sea World 20 min drive. We are within 2 minutes of Formosa Shopping Center which is your destination for all the comforts of home. This includes a large supermarket for all your shopping needs, stores, and many popular restaurants. Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Giordano's Chicago Pizza restaurant, Carrabba's Italian, Buffalo Wild Wings, Miller Ale House, Fridays, Ponderosa, Houlihans, Bahama Breeze, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell and Cracker Barrel just to name a few.

For the golfing enthusiast, there is fabulous golf courses minutes away. Shingle Creek Golf Club, Orange Lake Resort, Celebration Golf Club, Falcons Fire Golf Club, Disney Golf (Lake Buena Vista Golf Course), Disney Golf (Osprey Ridge Golf Course), Champions Gate Golf Club (International & National), Highland Reserve Golf course & Waldorf Astoria Golf Club just to name a few.

If you drive east for around an hour you will find the Kennedy Space Center and the wonderful Atlantic coast beaches of Daytona and Cocoa. Head out West and you can find Busch Gardens and the warm waters of the Gulf Coast. The brand new Legoland is locted in Winter Haven approximately 1 hour south on RT 27.

For keen shoppers, we are ideally placed for Outlet Malls, factory stores, the magnificent Florida Mall and the brand new Mall of Millenia, all easily accessible.

Orlando International airport is approximately 20 minutes away.. A car is essential to enjoy all attractions in the area at your leisure.
