Scenic Lake Berkley Villa Near Disney

This beautiful vacation home is conveniently located in the Lake Berkley Resort of Kissimmee, off US Highway 192, and only 8 minutes away from Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios. It is close to all attractions, restaurants, theme parks, and shopping centers. The Wal-Mart Super-Center is within a walking distance for your daily grocery need. There are a number of golf courses in the surrounding area, including championship standard ones.

This two story villa is elegantly decorated and furnished with all the comforts of home, and equipped with the luxuries and necessities you will require to make your vacation a complete satisfaction. This attractive home is set in a quiet neighborhood behind a security gate that manned twenty-four hours a day. The six bedrooms and three and one half baths offer plenty of room for the largest of families. It features double master suites and contains one king sized bed, two double beds, three sets of twin beds, and one sofa bed. All bedrooms have linen, towels, hangers, and blankets. You can find extra ones in the walk-in closet.

The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer with an icemaker. There is also a dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffeemaker, teapot, and much more for you to whip up fast, convenient meals. The kitchen opens onto the breakfast area and the formal dining room. From the kitchen, the activities in the lounge, on the patio and in the pool can be observed.

The high ceiling lounge allows plenty of light into this large area. There is a sofa, love seat, easy chair and large screen television with cable service, and it is also equipped with a VCR, DVD, and stereo system. The lounge opens up to the dining area and through the sliding glass doors, the pool and patio area can be accessed. Across the patio, Lake Berkley, the beach beyond, and the nature reserve can be seen.

The view from the patio and screened private pool is splendid. The lake beyond is alive with birds and fish. On the far side is a beach with a fishing pier. The island in the center of the lake serves as a nature reserve.

Laundry facilities (a washer and a dryer) can be found in the utility area at the back of the 2-car garage.
